The agent got my HP printer working and to get it to work he head to do some adjusting on my system such as router and eeros.

The agent addressed and restored connectivity to each of our three HP printers. She was very knowledgeable and made all repairs in under an hour. She was also very personable and provided some good advice on how I might increase internet connectivity to certain dead spots in the house. I'll definitely use this service again and hopr I can get the same agent!

Thank you to the Geek Squad for installing my new Canon printer and taking the old one away. He was helpful and efficient.

The agents set up my new printer and connected it to my laptop.

The Geek Squad technician installed my new printer and made sure that I was able to print from my Laptop and my phone. He made sure I understood all its capacities and how to use them.

Matt and Andy (and the 3rd guy, I don’t remember his name) were absolutely wonderful. This installation was for my 94 year old mother and special accommodations needed to be made, I.e. larger fonts, easy access to programs, etc. They willingly did anything I asked them to do. The entire process could not have been better and I can’t recommend them, and the Geek Squad service, more. I will definitely use them in the future.

I am delighted that you asked me to review my Geek Squad service for the following reason: The agent, whose name is Daniel Silver (I'm not entirely sure that's his last name, but that's what it sounded most like in his voice mail--I know, though, that his first name is Daniel), detected my printer problem--it couldn't get a connection--it took him only a couple of minutes and fixed it almost immediately. Then Daniel showed me what he had done so that if it happens again, I could fix it myself. (I hope.) Because fixing my problem was so easy for him, Daniel repeated several times that if anything else was causing problem, that he'd be happy to take a look. I actually did have a couple of things, and Daniel ALSO resolved these issues also. He was wonderful!...professional, skilled, courteous, friendly, If all in-home Geek Squad agents are like Daniel, then Geek Squad certainly lives up to its reputation!

Glenn was the the person who came to install the WiFi printer. He made sure he installed the printer as well as the HP App in our phones as well as our iPads. After it was installed the printer, he made sure he went over the many features and that we understand them all by the time he left. He was EXCELLENT! The only negative is that Best Buy changed the Total Tech program where the installation that was done, did not cost me. However, Best Buy changed the Total Tech program and it would have cost me $80 for the installation. Not happy about that at all!

The installing technician was very knowledgeable and very thorough. He programmed and tested everything b4 he left, and he asked if there were any questions after the demo.

Torie our Geek Squad Installment Service provider is professional, knowledgeable and patient. Torie walked us through the process and how to use and operate our new PC System and Printer.

The Geek person was on time. Very knowledgeable and helpful He left and a few hours later the connection between phone & Ipad with printer does not work again. Many calls to not really people who are no help. Just talk stupid. I did get a real person who gave me his work answering machine I did leave message as of now no return call. Not sure if I would recommend best buy and geek squad to a friend.
