Geek Squad agent was very professional, knowledgeable and quickly set up the printer and got it going. It was my 1st color printer. They are there to set it up, but not to troubleshoot any problems. It was printer poor photos and the agent stayed and we kept tweeking the settings. That wasn't part of his job, but he was so kind and understanding and trying to be helpful. In the end I returned this printer and bought another one. This set up was a free service and I appreciated having the agent in my home to explain things.

I tried to wirelessly connect our HP printer to our new iMac but could not, even after working through the online instructions from HP. The agent arrived and quickly set up the internet connection to our HP printer. He had access to software that HP did not make available.

Agent was very polite and informative. Installation was quick and printer works well.

Geek Squad representative Mark Williams provided in house service by coming three times. The project involved integration and functioning of several devices. They included two desktops, one laptop, iPhone, iPad and two printers. 1. A newly purchased Brother color printed was made fully functional between all devices. 2. Email issues were addressed: A. Email data in .pst file and address book were migrated from the laptop (soon to be discarded) to the desktop. B. Emails receive and send function settings were properly done for both computers and iPhone. All in all, Mark did an excellent job in taking care of all issues. He is a professional, knowledgeable, problem solver and pleasure to work with. He was helpful in explaining things and I learned in the process.

Tech called Early & arrived early. knowledgable & efficient. Quickly resolved my printer issue .Explained how to self resolve some common issues that might occur. Friendly.Definitly recommend Geek squad . This was 2nd service visit on last month's printer install.

There was no way we could have set up this printer without the technician's help! He knew what he was doing, but there were many steps to getting it done. Amazing how the printer's manufacturer thought anybody could do it. Glad we had the technician come here to hook it up!

When my printer went down after a power outage, I could not get it back online. I called the Geek Squad who help me over my computer to get my printer back online and running properly. I appreciate what the Geek Squad has done and I would recommend them for any problems that you have and set up, and on purchases from Best Buy

Greg Burkhardt came to setup my printer on the new Mac I had just purchased. Greg arrived when he said he would, was super nice and patient with me and got the printer all set up and working. I was very pleased.

The young lady was able to hook up my printer as well as explaining how to use the computer.

I am always eternally grateful that Best Buy has a "Geek Squad Service". I not only can get answers to problems if I go to the nearby store or go online, I can call one (or more) of them by telephone and my last was one of the Geek Squad came to my house and set up my new HP Envy Photo 7155 Printer. I would like to think I am tech savvy but I know I am not really. Any one of the squad not only is efficient and correctly installs the product, they also explain it as they go along from start to finish in language I can readily and really understand. There is also a follow up e-mail which references all that was done and if there are any problems, I could or do encounter, I am given appropriate contacts for additional problem solving. It is also always and all ways a pleasant experience with any transaction I have or had from Best Buy.

Agent got my printer working perfectly again, he was very personable, friendly, professional and knowledgeable about what needed to be done. I am very pleased with his work. And, since I'm a Total Member, I paid a small fee for the work he did and he had to come 20 miles or more to get to my home. Wow!

Salvatore and Giavoni were so kind and helpful when they came to our house to fix settings on the computer. All of the people I have come in contact w/on the Greek Squad, and there has been a lot, are the nicest people I have ever met. Thank You!!!!!
