We received our new printer about a week before our Geek Squad setup appointment. Unable to wait for them, we unboxed and set up the printer enough to print some important documents. As scheduled, David our Geek Squad representative arrived and confirmed our setup and connection. He was GREAT. With prior notice the day before and updates the day of, he made our wait much easier. Showing up with booties, mask and tools along with a brief introduction, he got right to work. While we curiously looked over his shoulder and asking questions every step of the way, he happily answered our questions. He was wonderfully knowledgeable and informative not to mention caring and friendly. David was wonderful! He did a GREAT JOB!!!

I am a Total Tech Member. As a member I get online assistance and in home assistance from Geek Squad. I have Geek Squad review and update my computer for free as part of the membership fee and there is no limit to the reviews. As part of my satisfaction with Geek Squad over the past few years, I bought my new Dell Inspirion through them and Geek Squad sent a tech in-home to set up the printer on the new computer and other computer in the house and also to update the new computer. This service also includes warranty coverage etc on anythign bought thru Best Buy. I purchased also a new GE Washer/Dryer combo from Best Buy for my home and have the extended warranty and service benefits of Best Buy Geek Squad for this also as part of the membership. The agent connected my new computer to my old printer. He did it quickly and everything works well.

The Geek Squad was terrific. They set up out printer and made sure we were ready to print from all of our devices. They took the empty box, and made sure we had all the paperwork and information abour our new printer.

When my printer went down after a power outage, I could not get it back online. I called the Geek Squad who help me over my computer to get my printer back online and running properly. I appreciate what the Geek Squad has done and I would recommend them for any problems that you have and set up, and on purchases from Best Buy

Matt and Andy (and the 3rd guy, I don’t remember his name) were absolutely wonderful. This installation was for my 94 year old mother and special accommodations needed to be made, I.e. larger fonts, easy access to programs, etc. They willingly did anything I asked them to do. The entire process could not have been better and I can’t recommend them, and the Geek Squad service, more. I will definitely use them in the future.

Agent got my printer working perfectly again, he was very personable, friendly, professional and knowledgeable about what needed to be done. I am very pleased with his work. And, since I'm a Total Member, I paid a small fee for the work he did and he had to come 20 miles or more to get to my home. Wow!
