The technician, Levi, was very professional and seemed like Customer Service AND Satisfaction were his goals today. I was very impressed with this gentleman.

Although i feel the people on the 800 line should have been able to fix the problem...my opinion...they gave up too fast...the technician who came out was great!

The installation of the new printer went very well. Justin Villegas was the tech, which this was my third time to have him, and again, he did an excellent job. I give Justin a definite “5” Star rating - He does a great job and a wonderful representation for Best Buy Geed Squad

The agent set-up my Printer. I was very satisfied. The agent installed it quickly with detailed explanation. He went so far as to detail care instructions.

I love my new HP printer. It has a 2 sided option that is new to me. The geek squad was on time and didn’t take more than 15 minutes to set up and give me instructions.

The agent installed our Epson printer to both of our computers after opening it and adding the different ink colors. In addition, he helped us with installing the Internet in one of our TVs.

The Geek Squad came and had 2 computers to connect my printer to. They spent about 20 minutes and got everything working. They did a great job and were very professional.

Love Geek Squad! Their in home service is invaluable to non-techies like us.

We had a very positive/excellent result on Ryan setting up our Wi-Fi and laser printer. He is a very knowledgeable and very much appreciated. I highly recommend his services. In addition to being very knowledgeable his also a very nice person. We are very happy and pleased with his service as well.

Appointment for set up of a new printer - good service.

After the 1st printer was defective. I had an on site call. The technician, Michael confirmed. So I exchanged it but this time scheduled the install as a TT Member. I had requested the same technician, Michael who did the troubleshooting call. I was told he was unavailable due to his workload. The day of the install I received a call that the technical assigned, called in sick. The next available time slot was the following week! I wasn't happy. I got a call later that day from the original and requested technician, Michael. He said he saw the ticket had some time and would it be OK to come over to do the install? I said yes. The install went flawlessly. It took about 1/2 hour. He reviewed to assure me of its operation. Great initiative on Michaels behalf.

Two agents, Justin and a colleague, had two tasks: to ensure access to Peacock on my ten-year-old Samsung TV set purchased from Best Buy, and to make it possible to transfer a TV picture from my computer screen to the larger TV screen. They performed both tasks with ease and thoroughness, to my entire satisfaction.

Josh from the Geek Squad was wonderful! Very thorough & very professional. This was our first printer with ink tanks rather than cartridges & he explained everything about filling the ink tanks & using the printer. I was very happy that we had him install it, because we’re not able to get internet or WiFi at our house & because of that I don’t think I would’ve been able to install the drivers for the printer. He was able to do it from his cell phone, but without Wi-Fi I wouldn’t have been able to install this printer myself. Josh was a lifesaver!

Representative/gentleman came to our home and within just a few minutes, my printer was set up and working.

Chris was excellent! He set up my printer and made sure I could print from all my devices .He also made sure I could scan from my printer. If ever I need the Geek Squad again I would want to have Chris come and setup my device.

Agent has exceptional technical knowledge of computers, printers, routers---plus ability to instruct new buyers on how to use the electronics purchases. Great communications skills and pride in being on time puts this agent as the "top gun" of all agents I have experienced in my 2 decades of being a subscriber with Best Buy.

The agent Tom who came out was on time & found the issue right away. He was respectful, knowledgeable, & helpful. I would definitely recommend home service from the Geek Squad.

My printer issue was resolved although I am not sure I totally agree with the solution. I was told that my printer needs to stay powered on at all times so it will stay connected with my in-home network. I have never had to do this before so I am still not sure what has changed in the last couple of months.
