Geek squad person came to the house to try and help fix some glitches with my HP printer still continue to have problems where it said printer is off-line or couldn’t find intermittently finally did a on phone geek squad, where he diagnosed and corrected remotely, hoping that fixes the issue

The tech came in to our house and loaded the printers, which I had already done a few times. When she left they were all working. However, for the same reason we had them come out, they fell off the computers again. They were to come back but they picked a day we were not going to be here. We have since rescheduled so we will see what happens. I love our geek squad in Garner and know that they will be able to fix it. When I spoke with them, they advised what had to be done and they will make sure it is done the next trip. Will re-rate then. In the meantime, I cannot print from my computer to either printer but my husband is able to print on one printer from his computer. Go figure.
