    The Agent did a great job in connecting our wireless printer. I could not have done it myself. I’m glad to have a Total Home connection, it was only $49.00.

    I made an appointment. I then waited I waited most of that mutually agreed upon date for the Best Buy technician to show up. No call from Best buy to inform me that they had infact cancelled my appointment and I could not get an explanation why. For the same I initial printer repair I attempted to reschedule 3 times each time they neglected to call as promised each time with a time of the appointment. 3 more times they cancelled with no phone call informing me of the cancellation and with absolutely no explanation why they cancelled. Horrible service service. Avoid Best Buy!

    called the manufacture for setup (Motorola) we called our Cable Co Spectrum they could not provide any assistance
