    Geek Squad set up and tested the printer but could have spent more time demonstrating use and printing more that just the test pages required to show that they had setup the printer. We have printing and scanning problems when trying to scan and print document with multiple pages. I guess I'll have to see about getting another Geek Squad visit. Disappointed

    Technician left with our $55 Insignia Slim e 7-Port Type-C Hub that makes using the stupid USB-less Macbook Pro possible when trying to download pictures from our phone, load pictures onto a flashdrive, download software, etc. Not only that, but he was here to get our (recommended by Best Buy as compatible with MacBook Pro) Epson XP-7100 series printer to work, but when we tried to scan something for the first time over the weekend, it doesn't work - says we have no access and need to install software! Wasted money on a service call that left us still unable to make full use of the printer.
