good tech guy pleasant to work with. they set up an appointment time and had me waiting all day then canceled at the end of the day. not the tech guy's fault

The technician was very knowledgeable and fast installation followed by great instructions.

The Geek Squad came to connect my printer to my new desk top computer, within five minutes she had it up and running!

Initially I thought the tech instructed me on how to use the printer, but it was not very thorough & he seemed in a hurry. Now that I am trying to use the HP Envy printer I realize there should have been more instruction. Already it is saying my ink level low(too soon) and I don't know how to get the free ink that comes with it for 3 months. Did the tech order this? I also am unhappy with the small area where one tells the printer what to do as it is so small it is difficult to read and select the buttons. Not the techs fault but the salesperson should have noticed this problem with this printer. I will have to call the Geek squad back to find out how to get more ink!

He was FRIENDLY caring and KNOWLEDEABLE I would personally like you to “thank” him on our behalf. Edwin is a TRUE, thorough DEDICATED professional, EXTREMELY knowledgeable. He provided us comfort through our entire installation. He is an ASSET to Best Buy and the Geek Squad. The Geek Squad was terrific. They set up out printer and made sure we were ready to print from all of our devices. They took the empty box, and made sure we had all the paperwork and information abour our new printer.

I have chosen to go to Best Buy due to my past experience with the service, knowledge and assistance from the geek squad, I purchased my computer frome from B.B especially for this very valuable important service that I appreciate especially since i myself have never been able to understand the full functions of anything computer related. All of the agents who helped me were great! Turns out all my problems were from my computer not my printer. And I am grateful for that. So my next stop is Best Buy for a new computer.

I brought a HP Officejet Pro 8130e printer, I couldn't connect my printer to my computer, so I had to put in for appointment to connect my printer to my computer. Geek Squad service was the 2nd time I had to used them. I was very pleased that everything worked out for the best and I am very satisfy.

The tech who came to my home was extremely helpful. I needed one printer repaired and a second printer installed. Not only did he do a great job with both printers, he also asked if there was anything else I needed help with. I would be most happy to have him help me again if I have computer issues in the future.

The agent installed my new Epsom printer and ensured that all my devices would print to it both wired and wireless. He contacted me before arriving and left his contact information in case I had any problems. While he was here he cleaned up my old Lenovo laptop. He also explained the computer’s aging process and what is causing some performance issues. He answered some questions I had about iOS vs windows. He went above and beyond in providing service at my home.

The Geek Squad agent hooked up my printer without a delay. It was quick.
