The agent set up my printer and answered my questions.

Super smart techie, arrived on time and was pilite, professional and answered all my questions. Will definitely call Geek Squad whenever I need help.

The tech came to the church. Fixed our problem and explained in full detail step by step as to what was done! Excellent service!!

I am delighted that you asked me to review my Geek Squad service for the following reason: The agent, whose name is Daniel Silver (I'm not entirely sure that's his last name, but that's what it sounded most like in his voice mail--I know, though, that his first name is Daniel), detected my printer problem--it couldn't get a connection--it took him only a couple of minutes and fixed it almost immediately. Then Daniel showed me what he had done so that if it happens again, I could fix it myself. (I hope.) Because fixing my problem was so easy for him, Daniel repeated several times that if anything else was causing problem, that he'd be happy to take a look. I actually did have a couple of things, and Daniel ALSO resolved these issues also. He was wonderful!...professional, skilled, courteous, friendly, If all in-home Geek Squad agents are like Daniel, then Geek Squad certainly lives up to its reputation!

In an effort to streamline my home electronic experience with my newly purchased laptop, Luke’s tech visit did it justice! His technical knowledge base along with his practical willingness & enthusiasm for getting the job done made a difference!!

When the Technician arrived he diligently got to work. He allowed me to view him while he worked. I am glad the technician knew what he was doing

The guys were great and printer working. However in a few days it stopped working. I called and the geek squad was able to help remotely. Disappointed that i had to pay 100.00. I thought as a premier member installation was free.

Alex did great job and handled my setup and troubleshooting. But when you attempt to contact anyone after the service is a inconvenient and almost impossible task "nightmare"..!! Never able to contact anyone 'locally' and when given a local number and leave a message NO ONE ever calls back..!!!..??

The agent worked very efficiently to get my printer up and running.

Geek Squad representative Mark Williams provided in house service by coming three times. The project involved integration and functioning of several devices. They included two desktops, one laptop, iPhone, iPad and two printers. 1. A newly purchased Brother color printed was made fully functional between all devices. 2. Email issues were addressed: A. Email data in .pst file and address book were migrated from the laptop (soon to be discarded) to the desktop. B. Emails receive and send function settings were properly done for both computers and iPhone. All in all, Mark did an excellent job in taking care of all issues. He is a professional, knowledgeable, problem solver and pleasure to work with. He was helpful in explaining things and I learned in the process.

The agents successfully reinstalled my HP DeskJet 4155 Plus printer. It had dropped out (offline) for unknown reason (electronic anomaly). Also, this printer requires Smart Phone app for installation. I don't own any such phone! Every printer should be 'plug & play'!!!! The Geek Squad guys were on time, efficient and resolved the problems.

The Geek Squad employee was fast and efficient in setting up my printer. He showed me respect and was polite while setting up my printer.

The agent was not very personable. She was rather cold. She just did her job but without personality.

Agent after reviewing the it was ascertained that the software and driver were the cause. Agent was very thorough and professional.

My experience with all your employees was excellent. I’ve never experienced such great customer service and care. Couldn’t do anything better.

Even though we had to return the HP Printer and then buy a Canon (due to lack of HP Support). the guys did not give up.

The Geek Squad reconnected my printer after I got a new wifi password. They completed the job in good time.

Josh from the Geek Squad was wonderful! Very thorough & very professional. This was our first printer with ink tanks rather than cartridges & he explained everything about filling the ink tanks & using the printer. I was very happy that we had him install it, because we’re not able to get internet or WiFi at our house & because of that I don’t think I would’ve been able to install the drivers for the printer. He was able to do it from his cell phone, but without Wi-Fi I wouldn’t have been able to install this printer myself. Josh was a lifesaver!
