Geek squad performance were great. And the people came to our house were fantastic.

Matt, from Geek Squad, was on time and called before hand to make sure all was good at my end! He was very professional and polite and did a fantastic job setting up my printer and making sure it would do everything it was touted to do! It is a big, heavy machine with a lot of features! Matt got it out of the box, situated it where I wanted it, and explained all the controls and features! He ran test prints and made sure it had good internet connection so all my print jobs would go through without an issue! I can’t thank Matt enough for the job he did!

Quick setup however printer is now jammed and not working

Both Agents set up the printer so it would scan. They were efficient, polite, and explained everything. Setting up a printer has become more technical than 5 years ago.

My wife purchased a new computer and we tried (and failed) to hook it up to her old printer. We called the Geek Squad, and Jeff stopped by the house to diagnose the problem. Turns out the old printer, which was several years old, couldn't interface with the new computer. We needed a new printer, which Jeff helped us identify and purchase. The new printer interfaces perfectly with the new computer, and my wife is back in business. Kudos to Jeff and the Geek Squad.

The Smart Tech Geek Squad assembled my new printer with unbelievable skill and speed. He demonstrated how to operate the printer to make copies. He was very detailed and pointed out how to change a new ink cartridge, locate the printer's model number, then let me test to make a sample copy. He was very meticulous to make sure I can operate the printer with ease.

Geek Squad agents are always very polite, understanding, and helpful. The agent set up my new printer and then tried to connect it to my old (Windows 7) computers. Since this did not work, the agent helped me with purchasing new Windows 11 computers. Everything went very smoothly.

The GEEK service was fantastic. The young man was very informative as well as extremely helpful. Anyone thinking of using service should definitely go ahead. It made a huge difference to us.

Everything was great, except he didn't show me where to load the paper -- I had to find it for myself. 4.75
