A tutorial would have been most helpful for some of us who are not tech inclined. It took me a couple of days to figure things out, particularly the copying aspect of the unit

Stumped the Geek Squad!

Spent 2/12 hours on the phone. And then someone came out for an hour and still couldn’t fix it. Told me I would have to take it in person to the store.
