The Geek Squad agent, Thomas, fixed the troublesome connection between my PC and my printer. I am SO glad, SO relieved, that I can now print what I need. I have an autistic daughter in a private home in NC and periodically need to sign off on forms for her doctors and case manager. Printing those forms off to send to them was NOT a doable job anymore. Neither was printing off forms to sign, scanning them into the computer and sending them back! I was so far behind, and the NC advocates were patient, but I knew I needed to get the problem corrected with the printer. The Geek Squad agent was able to fix this issue within about 20 minutes! Yea Geek Squad!!

The agents connected a new printer. They showed me how to use it. Everything worked out well. That is why I purchased at Best Buy and used the service of the Geek Squad.

I think both, Alex and Chad did superb jobs--especially since neither of them was trained in how to assist a visually impaired client. Since I do not look "blind" for the most part, it is easy to address me as a normally-sighted person. Thus, after thy leave, I always discover something that was overlooked. Best Buy might consider hiring an expert in the field who is visually impaired.

The tech fixed my connection on printer very quickly. I was very impressed with him.

Ron is so knowledgeable and yet tolerant of my limited ability with electronics! He is a fine representative of Best Buy. He is prompt, efficient, and yet never rushed or impatient with questions I had. He helped me to order a new printer, and I also decided on a new iPad as my MacAir is a 2015 model, usable but not capable of upgrades.

The Geek Squad member, Andrew, who set up my new printer was excellent. Explained everything about its use and was very knowledgable. There was a problem connecting it to our WIFI through our Verizon account, but he took care of that quickly. I've had the Geek Squad (actual members, not contracted out) set up our TVs in the past. They know what they're doing, explain everything, show up when they're scheduled to, and take mask precautions which is important now considering all the respiratory viruses that have been spreading (Covid, Flu, RSV, etc)

The Geek Squad did a great job! Both guys were very friendly and knowledgable.

First of all, I got an appointment for an in-house visit rather quickly and it was very nice to get reminders about the appointment. The agent called me on the day to ask a few questions. He also gave me an estimated time of arrival in the window that was allocated to me. He showed up wearing a mask and gloves and was extremely polite. He connected my printer to my laptop and explained what he had done plus added an icon to my laptop so I can easily fax documents. He also checked my external back up device and showed me how to use it. In addition, he checked the external USB port that I had purchased from the Apple Store and said that only an Apple USB port would work with my Mac Laptop. He was very pleasant, professional, and knowledgeable. Great service.

The agent was on time and connected our printer to our Wi-Fi . He was knowledgeable and tested everything before he left to ensure we wouldn't encounter any problems.

It's a lot better in person than the pictures it works like a charm and I am still using it with zero problems

The Geek Squad, Daniel was excellent. Unfortunately, he had to come 2x because after a couple of weeks the copier stopped working. After we called the Geek Squad, Daniel came out the next day. After he reinstalled everything he discovered that the HP printer would not work unless we set up a new account with them. He said that before they were able to bypass this but, now it has become mandatory.

The agent connected my new computer to my old printer. He did it quickly and everything works well.

The young man that set up my printer notified me when he was on the way (on time). He was very nice and polite. He hooked everything up and then showed me how to operate. He asked if I had any questions. He answered and explained everything to me. I would highly recommend him.

The guys were great and printer working. However in a few days it stopped working. I called and the geek squad was able to help remotely. Disappointed that i had to pay 100.00. I thought as a premier member installation was free.

Sean, as usual, was great. Answered all my questions after making sure I had set up the new computer correctly, Then, he made sure printer was connected and working.

Bethany was INCREDIBLE! So attentive and concerned that I had and understood everything regarding the operation of my new printer!
