Printer and computer servicing
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.After 2 remote & 1 in-home servicing, my problem (computer doesn’t recognize printer, unable to print) hasn’t been resolved. Best Buy refused to let me exchange computer or get refund. I was required to have Geek Squad ship computer for servicing. Was told I would have a resolution in 2 weeks. It’s now been 3 weeks w/o a computer (I’m told they’re waiting on a part). I want my money back, this computer is a lemon!
