I thought I submitted a review for this service previously, but I'll be happy to repeat myself. I was extremely satisfied with your employee, Uri ( I hope I am spelling her name correctly). She called 30 minutes before her prompt arrival, and arrived on time. She practiced the proper covid protocol. She answered all of my questions, which were many, very satisfactorily and succinctly. She installed my Canon MG5320 on my all-in-one desk top, and got it working on my laptop as well. She was pleasant in her demeanor, very knowledgable, and very efficient. in exactly 30 minutes, she was out the door. In my humble opinion, she is an excellent technician and an exemplary representative of and for Best Buy.

Geek Squad rep acted with good cheer, efficiently installing my new printer with all necessary connections.

Printer was connected to my internet and has stayed connected! My 4th printer in 4 years and finally have one that works!

Agent was good at whar we wanted done on the computer.

The agent set up a new Canon printer. Since I had difficulty setting printers up myself I trusted the Geek Squad this time. Unfortunately the agent said I need to do backups of my laptops and start over because they were Macs. I never had this problem before and still do not have a working scanner--the reason I used the Geek Squad to set it up and I still have confidence in the Geek Squad but these cautions regarding Apple laptops should be given when I purchased the printer.

Good printer, so sure its will serve its purpose and help me to carry out my daily print out documents and makes my job more presentable... Nice job

The agent Daniel was beyond professional. Even though this was just a printer set-up there was much more that went into the install. He made sure that the printer was connected to our network and that each PC, or laptop would be able to communicate with the printer. He also explained the workings of the printer as well as made sure all of my questions were answered. He carried himself like a total gentleman and would gladly recommend him to anyone.

I have been grateful for the experience that your employees have shown. I can't keep up with all the changes that happen in the IT world and look to your employees for the answers which I always receive. The nice thing is that if the person I am talking with is not sure of the answer he asks another employee who has more experience to assist us. This is refreshing to find in the retail world. One suggestion: If at all possible would you consider having experienced staff who could assist novices like myself to set up accounts such as Blogs. That would be of great service and I know I would be fine with paying for just such a service. Thank you, Fredewrick Calovich.

Tom was wonderful, it took quite a bit of time to get rid of my old printer and to add my new printer to my laptop, but he worked diligently to make it happen. The printer works beautifully.

The rep connected two printers to a new WIFI network and synced them with two laptops.

The tech was very helpful. He explained what the problem was and how to solve it.

MY installers name was Alex. This man is so kind and smart Best Buy should make him the boss or give him a bonus . He installed my printer and took the time to show me how to use it. I'm not computer sauvy at all but Alex took the time and kindness to help me. Thamk you for having such a grreat man working for you ..

All the set up was done in a timely manner and the agent was very professional and kind in answering my questions.

The agents set up my new printer that goes with my computer and they did a great job! They explained everything in detail and even told me what the item number is to replace the printer ink. They were courteous, quick, and thorough. I couldn't be more pleased! Thanks Guys!

The guy Sandro was amazing, the best, so knowledgeable and very nice too. You re lucky to have him. He is a huge asset to the geek squad

Joel, unpacked my laser printer, brought it to my home office and set it up, testing the print and fax options. He even cleaned out my old printers etc off both my home and office computers. He was very efficient, personable and proficient. He also gave me more information on the other support options the Geek Squad offered which was lovely since getting to the point to secure this first session was horrible - customer service on line all was a huge mess. I finally got a supervisor who sent me the link, but didn't really give me all the options that I might need in the future. In any case I will keep Joel and the Geek Squad on my call list.

The agent, Sid, went above and beyond to help us. We went in for one problem, and he solved it and answered our other questions as well. He deserves a five, but his colleagues don’t. We had an appointment and, as the agent requested, we sat down where he told us to. The agents ignored us and even helped people who had come in after us. Fortunately, Sid noticed we had been there for 40 minutes, realized we weren’t being helped, and came over to help us,
