David went the EXTRA MILE when he tried to remedy my issue with my fax. After communicating with his Associates, they felt that there was so much noise on the phone lines that the unit could not sent multiple copies. David brought to my attention, that faxing is becoming or has become an out mode of communication. Supplies(eg, Spectrum) are not investing in the technology. He suggested that scanning is the way to go, I informed him I knew nothing about scanning. He was very gracious and patient and set up the account that was necessary in order for me to scan. He took the time to walk me thru the steps to scan from my computer and how to use the attachment feature.

The agents were not as knowledgeable as I expected. My son and myself had to change settings to get some things to work, like printing from my phone. It takes a long time for HP Smart to load up. They could not put a shortcut on my desktop. And, I had to pay over 130.00 for them to do the set up in my home.

Technicians arrived on time, set up my printer quickly, linked at my computer & cellphone, and took away the old printer & ink. Professional, polite & a total eadure receiving quality customer service!

The Geek Squad came out a thoughtfully discuss options for the new printer and installed the new printer. He was thoughtful, kind, and patient as we made decisions based on our use and purpose. We appreciate the geek squad member who came out to our house. He was great. Unfortunately, the new printer keeps getting paper stuck inside the printer and this happened to the Geek Squad member so we need to get some help with this problem. It is annoying to keep dismantling and getting the stuck paper out

I think Daniell is professional, knowledgeable, and skillful in installing the Printer. He took the time to answer my questions and fix some problems with the new laptop and computer. The agents assembled and installed my Epson printer and my new ASUS laptop. They were knowledgeable and prompt, as always, but they didn't take the extra time to ensure that I knew everything I needed to know about my new devices.

An agent came very fast as I needed to print documents. I would not recommend this printer. The agent explained what it could do and not do...fax..without a hard long bothersome hookup with my internet, Altho the first agent came out and fixed it without explaining how to do certain things. And said it was fixed and walked out the door. the second agent took his time and fixed the problem and took a long time to explain and answer my questions.

The geek squad was great ! Your store service was terrible. a geek squad future appt. was messed up and I waited another week. I was charged on my credit card and a best buy card for the same service, which had to be adjusted. More things but too long to tell now. I ended up making 6 trips to your store, only 2 of them were purchases. some employees didn't seem to know enough.
