I have used HP all in one with print cartridges for 25 years. This new printer with bottle feed is way superior to what I’ve used. The printer is fast, the quality is excellent and the printer makes almost no noise. You can use letter or legal size paper. The single drawback might be the durability as some of the paper tray parts feel pretty flimsy.

The tech guys was great, and got me all set up the printer on my smart device and laptop. But i would've appreciated a quick tutorial on the functions, particularly the scanning? To date i still find the instructions that came with the printer woefully inadequate. So i know have go on-line and try to figure it out.....when a quick hey, let me show you the functions??

I have the Geek Squad Total Tech plan because I bought an excellent widescreen HP laptop and an excellent HP printer, but I messed up the settings. Now this is my hearty thanks to Geek Squad Agent Joshua, who calmly and politely fixed fixed the problems for me at my home office. We need our computers for almost everything from communicating with family and friends to working and scheduling health care and shopping and traveling, so God bless Joshua because he rescued me from oblivion! The agent called to let me know he was on his way. He showed up and introduced himself. He came inside and I had everything sitting on the kitchen table for him. There was a list of passwords if he needed them sitting next to the laptop. I explained the problem to him and then showed him the issue. He did a great job of diagnosing the root of the problem. He explained what had happened and what he did to fix the issue. Then asked my wife to use her laptop to verify the problem was resolved. It was all fixed. A true professional

The agent that did our service was Stanley. He called to confirm the day before, he arrived on time, and he completed everything we needed. He did a tuneup on our Dell desktop computer, set up our printer for use as Wi-Fi for our phones and tablets, and also made a direct connection to our desktop. Stanley was friendly, knowledgeable, patient and helpful. We had a lot of questions, and he patiently answered each one and educated us on everything he did. I highly recommend the TotalTech plan.
