Did a great job installing my printer and computer

The picture quality of the LGOLD is amazing. I would recommend it!!!!!!!

The Geek Squad, Daniel was excellent. Unfortunately, he had to come 2x because after a couple of weeks the copier stopped working. After we called the Geek Squad, Daniel came out the next day. After he reinstalled everything he discovered that the HP printer would not work unless we set up a new account with them. He said that before they were able to bypass this but, now it has become mandatory.

Professional service and very patient with my understanding of the product.

Geek Squad agent figured out a workaround for a problem that Microsoft created. I have MS Office Small Business 2007. MS Word was working fine until the last update. From that point on, I couldn't print most of any documents I was working on including any document that originated from a template. The Workaround isn't efficient and required me to never use a template. So, I went shopping for MS Office Small Business 2010. I refuse to subscribe to MS just to use MS Office occasionally. And, I want control of the app disks...not them. Bottom line is I'm heartily dislike doing anything that's "cloud" based. That's giving too much control to business entities and they know too much of what I'm working on...so no. Anyway, I couldn't buy what I was looking for and settled on something else. Everything works now, but I have to self-train on the software since NONE of the producers of this stuff (including Apple) are decent enough to offer something other than teaser training.

Brian did a great job and solved all issues. showed up on time with announcement and finished as promised.

The service tech was professional and friendly. Diagnosed the problem as old printer not working with Windows 11. Could not be fixed.

While it took me a couple of tries to find a mutually convenient time to have the Geek Squad set up my printer, I'm so glad I used the service. The person who came to hep was very efficient and a thorough profressional. He set up my printer in no time and also gave me useful tips. I will be calling the Squad again!

Two people came to install it. It was working when they left. Very nice guys and went well. However, no instructions Only works sometime. I thought there was an instruction booklet, but couldn't find one. On line but you need a printer that works to print it out. Catch 22
