The guy chose to talk to fast even though i told him to slow down. I felt upset and discouaged by his actions. Every question he spoke as fast as possible. I feel he had time to speak slower and clear.I thought so this is what i get if a Geek comes out. The fast speed of speech was rather dis repectble and seem to be an edge to keep you was asking anything

The 'Geek Squad' person installed my Printer. Everything seemed o.k. 2 weeks later, my Printer would not work. I have been 5 days without. Someone tried to help on the phone & Computer, unable to solve, said it needed to be seen , told me to have the person who installed come back. When I finally got someone on phone yesterday, He was very helpful ( do not have his name ) person needed not available until next week. He told me to call Monday a.m. Am frustrated not having Printer which I need but biggest difficulty is trying to make contact on phone.
