LAPTOP/PRINTER COMMUNICATION PROBLE

I'm not able to print documents from my HP laptop to my HP printer. It's particularly problematic if the document is from a website. The tech had it working while here, but once he left the same problem(s) returned. The problem seem to begin with my installing eero "router booster" and I should have used a "different name" I STILL CANT PRINT A DOCUMENT.
