The guy was awesome, answered all my questions, got what I paid for...

The 'Geek Squad' person installed my Printer. Everything seemed o.k. 2 weeks later, my Printer would not work. I have been 5 days without. Someone tried to help on the phone & Computer, unable to solve, said it needed to be seen , told me to have the person who installed come back. When I finally got someone on phone yesterday, He was very helpful ( do not have his name ) person needed not available until next week. He told me to call Monday a.m. Am frustrated not having Printer which I need but biggest difficulty is trying to make contact on phone.

Geek squad tech was on time, professional, technically informed, but did not resolve my problem. I'm not able to print documents from my HP laptop to my HP printer. It's particularly problematic if the document is from a website. The tech had it working while here, but once he left the same problem(s) returned. The problem seem to begin with my installing eero "router booster" and I should have used a "different name" I STILL CANT PRINT A DOCUMENT.

Geek Squad were a great help with helping me with my printer. They worked with me till it was fixed.
