I had 2 printers that were not printing at all for me Bennet and Tyler ran all test and Tyler noticed that the printer text page did not print out. They concluded that the black ink on both was damaged as they both were full carthridges. I was working from home, so I sent my daughter to pick them up. Now they could have left at that point and told me to get back with Geek Squad if that didnt work, however they stayed, replaced and tested to assure all was OK. Great guys. They went above and beyond. And because I have Total Tech there was no charge for any of this wonderful service.

My new HP printer is ok, but it keeps going offline and it doesn't work as well as my old Brother printer. I am not yet happy with the HP. It's slow too... Also the GEEK SQUAD installed it and the scan feature doesn't work properly and I called them to return and they never came back . Not happy with their service...

Tyler set up the wifi and helped get a new modem and router set up as well.

The agent was very knowledgeable, and set up my new printer very easily and quickly. He solved a minor issue that has been a great help.

Even though we had to return the HP Printer and then buy a Canon (due to lack of HP Support). the guys did not give up.

Joe was amazing! We had him connect our new printer to two desktops and a laptop. He took his time, answered all our questions, and walked us through the various functions of our new printer. He also removed a lot of extra "junk" from our existing desktops - mostly related to our old printer - and was a real joy. We scheduled him to return on another day for a separate problem with another computer.

The Geeks were friendly and efficient. They showed us how to use the printer app and change the ink cartridges. The new Canon was correctly installed.

The first 6500 printer I had had issues. Everytime I called Geek Squad to for help, they told me to unplug, push a button and replug. When I had someone come to the house, he said the printer was a wifi and I should NEVER unplug it. So I got a free replacement. This printer replaced the 2nd one- also covered under my contract. Of course, I had someone come to the house to set it up.

The Agent and his Assistant were very professional in a friendly, positive way. They got my Printer all set up and sa me through working it myself. They left giving me very good advice which I am very grateful for. THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH GEEK SQUAD!

The Geek Squad reconnected my printer after I got a new wifi password. They completed the job in good time.
