Geek Squad installed my printer professionally.

Service was great until my recent experience......

Then when he got here, he refused to plug in equipment because the cords were tangled. I had to beg him to stay and plug in my equipment. I just moved in and only needed plug in for two printers and desktop. No installation needed. He charged me an additional $100.00 or he was going to leave. Now I have zero printers that are functioning, System does not show any printers any longer. Don't know what he did. He took my security code out of my AOL without asking. Help please.........I am handicaped so it is impossible for me to bring anything to the store. H E L P !!!!
