Geek squad transferred all my data to the new computer. did not loose anything,

We purchased this printer. Since we had A Best Buy's Total Tech Membership, i scheduled a date to have it installed. It was several weeks out, which was the first available. Unfortunately, I had something unavoidable come up and I needed to reschedule. This was also several weeks, and the first available. It turns out the printer would not connect to mobile devices like a phone or I-Pad. The tech told me to call a number. When I did, the person on the line told me I was past the 60 day return period so i could not exchange it. I rated it as fair because it does work with my computer, but not for mobile devices. So it only does half of what I thought it would when I bought it. To be clear, the total Tech guy who came out was great. The whole out of the 60-day thing was bad because I was waiting for someone to install it. I had no idea it was defective. i would recommend the Geek Squad Service. It is not their fault the product was defective.
