hooked my new printer and was helpful and friendly

The GS is very professional, thorough and customer- focused! was pleased during the trouble shooting of my printer and with the installation of my new printer.

The agent hooked up my Brother laser printer/copier.

I believe the technician name was Megan. She was excellent. Made me feel comfortable. Taught me everything I needed to know and didn’t take long. Would like to have this technician in the future if possible.

The geek squad members came to install a new printer for us and did a really good job. They had to work around some physical obstacles but managed to get the printer installed successfully. They were very helpful, patient and very well trained.

The tec set up the printer It works great. Plus the tec was knowledgeful and had a great personality. The tec gets a 10+

The agent phoned previous to the pre-set arrival time to let me know that he was just leaving the store...arrived at my home at exactly the appt time. He was to help me connect to WI FI-both of us surprised that I had been only about one step from getting it done! He showed me several other things I could do with the printer-very knowledgeable & helpful. Unfortunately, I neglected to ask how to send a fax, so I may need to have someone return!

Absolutely amazing service! What a bargain. The service provider spent nearly three hours getting my new iMac computer setup and data transferred, set up my new wireless printer, helped me create ways for me to more efficiently deal with issues that might come up during normal usage, and reminded me that I can call for an appointment when I get stuck with a tech problem. The Geek Squad annual fee is worth many times its cost.

Tried several approaches to solve my connection issues. Finally concluded my HP 4635 was tóo old. Suggested a new printer or USB connection.

Called my residence giving an ETA. Answering door - introduction my name is _____________ and this ____________ (second gentleman was in training" from Best Buy Geek Squad here to install your printer. Put in their shoe covering and already had their face mask's. Upon completion of installation, they tested any and all. OK we are ready to talk you through how printer works. They took their time with me "Let's to through a "TEST RUN." using several different tasks. "any questions or concern's please do not hesitate to call. Gave me the number to call. Great experience! Very knowledgeable person from Geek squad, He set up our newest Epson printer, which is wonderful with the large refillable ink compartments that are conveniently located outside of the printer and on the front, so it's easy to access. He also set-up the network going to my husband's laptop so that he could print again!! He was friendly and expedient. Another Great Best Buy and Geek Squad experience!

Robert, from the Geek Squad set up our new printer. He was very thorough, answered all our concerns and since my husband and I struggle with some of the technology and terminology, he was very patient and kind. He advised me that if I am having problems with the new computer, windows 11 or our printer to write down the issues as they occur, schedule 1 hour appts with the Geek squad, and be ready to discuss any problems or concerns at the appt. He was very helpful and encouraging.

David came to my home to install my Brother wireless printer. I had thought I could install it myself, having purchased the identical printer a couple of years back, however, I was reminded that the Geek Squad help is available to me so I decided to give it a try. Wow, am I glad I did. He worked out several problems I had, no doubt created and the new printer works like a charm - - from any device, anywhere in the house. Thanks David!

The technican, Josh, was an excellent representawtive for your company, he was provfessional , .excellent communication skils. Something most techs I dealt with at my place lack. I was impressed with him, and would request him personally. Let me tell, I am a 80 y.o,. with limited compluter skills.

Our Geek Guy set our new printer up, explained everything about it and even helped us with other techy questions we had. A+ service!!!

Muiz has been my prefered tech for the past few years, He is very professional, polite and tells it like it is with no bull. I am not tech savvy so therefore I need to be able to count on my Tech Support for most all my electronic gadget support and I get this from Best Buy and especially Muiz.
