I have used HP all in one with print cartridges for 25 years. This new printer with bottle feed is way superior to what I’ve used. The printer is fast, the quality is excellent and the printer makes almost no noise. You can use letter or legal size paper. The single drawback might be the durability as some of the paper tray parts feel pretty flimsy.

Brad got my new All-in-One connected to my old printer. It wasn’t easy but Brad figured out what the problem was and now all’s good! Yay!

Excellent Technical support without going into the store, In the comfort of my home, no waiting in lines or making an appointment. My problems were resolved expeditiously. I never thought I would be happy problem solving a technical "threatening" spyware issue that had been looming over my affairs, robbing me of my peace of mind for weeks. I feel good! First of all, I got an appointment for an in-house visit rather quickly and it was very nice to get reminders about the appointment. The agent called me on the day to ask a few questions. He also gave me an estimated time of arrival in the window that was allocated to me. He showed up wearing a mask and gloves and was extremely polite. He connected my printer to my laptop and explained what he had done plus added an icon to my laptop so I can easily fax documents. He also checked my external back up device and showed me how to use it. In addition, he checked the external USB port that I had purchased from the Apple Store and said that only an Apple USB port would work with my Mac Laptop. He was very pleasant, professional, and knowledgeable. Great service.

An agent came very fast as I needed to print documents. I would not recommend this printer. The agent explained what it could do and not do...fax..without a hard long bothersome hookup with my internet, Altho the first agent came out and fixed it without explaining how to do certain things. And said it was fixed and walked out the door. the second agent took his time and fixed the problem and took a long time to explain and answer my questions.

Agent was very congenial and thorough. The people who ran the line to the house had sabotaged the line hook up. The gentleman who fixed the hook-up worked late at night to fix our cables so that we were not without access anymore.

I thought I submitted a review for this service previously, but I'll be happy to repeat myself. I was extremely satisfied with your employee, Uri ( I hope I am spelling her name correctly). She called 30 minutes before her prompt arrival, and arrived on time. She practiced the proper covid protocol. She answered all of my questions, which were many, very satisfactorily and succinctly. She installed my Canon MG5320 on my all-in-one desk top, and got it working on my laptop as well. She was pleasant in her demeanor, very knowledgable, and very efficient. in exactly 30 minutes, she was out the door. In my humble opinion, she is an excellent technician and an exemplary representative of and for Best Buy.
