Elizabeth set up my new printer & left written instructions if an issue happens. Very nice, knowledgeable & very professional

The agent installed my printer, answered my questions and showed me how to use it. Very friendly, professional and thorough.

We had a Tech out to to fix our new computers because at the store they downloaded our information onto our new laptops and we couldn't get on. And they said they would set up the printer to our old printer which they did not do. So after picking up 2 new laptops I had to get tech support out to my home and pay an additional $39.99 to fix our problems and do the printer set up. They don't set up your laptops to your printer!! According to the tech that came to my house!!

Had trouble with scan on printer working w/my new laptop. I took laptop & printer to store per information from on-line geek squad rep only to find out store couldn't help since I didn't have wifi cable or whatever so the store scheduled a home visit to which wouldn't you know tech showed me which item to select from scan menu then it worked. The other day had same issue again, so I turned off printer, disconnected cable and powered off computer then reversed my action & woo hoo scan worked so I come to conclusion that the printer/laptop need to be rebooted. THE END

The technician arrived on-time and set-up the printer and showed me some important features. Well done.

When the Technician arrived he diligently got to work. He allowed me to view him while he worked. I am glad the technician knew what he was doing

The technician "checked in" with me tow days prior to the set date, identified himself and ensured that we both were in agreement as to not only what the problem was with the printers but also the desired outcome. He contacted me again the day before and morning of the set date to keep me "advised" of his ETA. Upon arrival and during his time here he was efficient and effective in familiarizing himself with my setup and both initiating and completing my fixed. In addition thereto, he asked if there were any additional problems or concerns he might address while he was here given that he had completed the assigned task well within the projected/allotted timeframe. He was "Outstanding" from initial contact to his exiting my residence.

The set up and transfer from my old computer to my new I Mac was done without a hitch.

Agent was very congenial and thorough. The people who ran the line to the house had sabotaged the line hook up. The gentleman who fixed the hook-up worked late at night to fix our cables so that we were not without access anymore.

I had had poor services from Geek Squad when trying to re-install two printers after changing WIFI providers. Twice via remote help, nothing. Then an in-home service call who said he did not know why he was sent out because printers were not part of his work. The fourth attempt, by Bennett, I think his name was, was outstanding. He was friendly and very polite and respectful and got to work diligently and set everything up perfectly. It would be great if all of Best Buy's service techs were like him, and I could have avoided the other three.

Two people came to install it. It was working when they left. Very nice guys and went well. However, no instructions Only works sometime. I thought there was an instruction booklet, but couldn't find one. On line but you need a printer that works to print it out. Catch 22

The agents replaced and set up a new printer. Most of us technically challenged parents have our children nearby to help us navigate seldom used functions. I think of them as my adopted sons. why? Because they have always be pleasant and not made me feel lacking in smarts

This might sound like a negative, but it turned out great. There was a misunderstanding. It was at the store and the rep was doing in home installing. He came without it. But he was also setting up my computer which I already had. At the same time, I found out I had ordered a color printer and I had wanted a black and white. So a week later I went to Best Buy and they credited my card back. They were deeply apologetic but I told them it was ok as I had made an error too, so it worked out for the best.

The Geek Squad rep was amazing. He was able to make the printer and scanner work on my pc and explained everything. Josh was the most amazing Geek Squad member who has supported my technology at home. The only thing that could have worked better was being able to set up a follow up appointment with the same Geek Squad member. We tried to do this with him, but it did not work. When I called to discuss this matter, after several calls, I was told that the techs cannot make follow up appointments. Why wasn't I told this at the time. Also the phone system is awful. I always encounter long waits and am always routed to the accounting/billing team first. Please fix that part of things.
