The gentleman was very understanding, as this was his second visit to our home. At the first appointment, I declined having the fax set up on our printer, but after my husband expressed his disappointment in my decision, I called the Geek Squad back. However, since we don't have a home phone (my husband's bad decision and my fault for not realizing we needed a phone line to install the fax!), the technician couldn't make the fax work, but he still answered a couple of questions I had about the printer. He was a good sport!

My technician had my printer up and running without any delays. he explained everything and asked if i had any questions, I did have a few and we ran the printer through all the questions I had. He let us know the day before at what time he was coming so we did not have to wait around. After getting a fiber installed by AT&T, I was unable to print. AT&T was unable to help, so I went to BestBuy. Didn’t take long for the Geek Squad guy to find out that my HP, just a few years old, couldn’t handle the high speed signal from the fiber. Takes a smart guy to figure it out. Thanks Geek Squad!!

Gil was absolutely great. Very knowledgeable, and very patient answering all our questions. When the printer he installed did not function correctly (found out one of the original ink cartridges was bad) he immediately said he would bring another printer out at our convenience. He gave us his card and did exactly as he said he would.

I wished he shown me a few other things - like how to cancel a print command; taken off the old printers from my computer; how to really print from my phone and not have the printouts in blue when they were black and white; and how to change some of the commands; and I don't think I should have been charged twice since the first time the individual couldn't get the printers to work and I had to order a new one. Nice people both service reps.
