Tough problem but Tech did setup of new printer! Also made sure two TV setups working correctly

Young man from Geek Squad set up my Hp printer. He was very fast, polite and took the time to show me how to work the printer. I would highly recommend him.

The agent called to let me know he was on his way. He showed up and introduced himself. He came inside and I had everything sitting on the kitchen table for him. There was a list of passwords if he needed them sitting next to the laptop. I explained the problem to him and then showed him the issue. He did a great job of diagnosing the root of the problem. He explained what had happened and what he did to fix the issue. Then asked my wife to use her laptop to verify the problem was resolved. It was all fixed. A true professional

We need our computers for almost everything from communicating with family and friends to working and scheduling health care and shopping and traveling, so God bless Joshua because he rescued me from oblivion! The agent that did our service was Stanley. He called to confirm the day before, he arrived on time, and he completed everything we needed. He did a tuneup on our Dell desktop computer, set up our printer for use as Wi-Fi for our phones and tablets, and also made a direct connection to our desktop. Stanley was friendly, knowledgeable, patient and helpful. We had a lot of questions, and he patiently answered each one and educated us on everything he did. I highly recommend the TotalTech plan. Stanley did an Outstanding job and he is a great representative for Best Buy!

I had 2 printers that were not printing at all for me Bennet and Tyler ran all test and Tyler noticed that the printer text page did not print out. They concluded that the black ink on both was damaged as they both were full carthridges. I was working from home, so I sent my daughter to pick them up. Now they could have left at that point and told me to get back with Geek Squad if that didnt work, however they stayed, replaced and tested to assure all was OK. Great guys. They went above and beyond. And because I have Total Tech there was no charge for any of this wonderful service.
