I would appreciate my money back my phone didn't work as soon as he ran out the door..He was here for over an hour to pair my samsung galaxy note24 ultra but never could pair with Bluetooth so he used his apple phone connected my printer using his apple paired my phone to his and my phone was supposedly working he used my phone to print out a couple of my pictures....i asked him ok how do i use this after you leave he said just go to the app and it will work...i paid $99.99 to have geek squad protection to pair my device my canon pixma MG3620 to bluetooth it was sold to me with those conditions promised i couldn't get it paired so i paid geek squad....he left my house my phone was connected to wifi with his ip address not mine my phone didn't work at all once he left my driveway i couldn't print anything...i asked him to call the company ask them to help him he said hes not familiar with android only apple so call your boss i paid alot of money

The product purchased was a computer laser printer. The first technician who came to our home to install it was unsuccessful. It was believed that the printer was defective, and Best Buy replaced it with a second printer, but that installation was also un successful. Finally a third technician was dispatched and he was successful in making the printer work. We were told that the reason the first two tries were unsuccessful was because the Geek Squad has laid off all but one of its computer technicians in our area. The installer the first and second times was familiar mostly with home entertainment systems. Only the the third technician was familiar with computers and able to solve our installation problem. All of this took several weeks, plus the return of the first printer which probably would have worked okay if correctly installed.
