Geek squad left me without a working printer

The lady was nice and polite but the guy was rude and obsessed to rush home cause he had problems to resolve . Any question I asked was left unanswered saying that “ he is not the computer guy “ he will send “ next week Hayk the computer guy” plus the printer can’t be used cause every time says :” no paper “ even if is full of paper. This error is annoying and I couldn’t print absolutely nothing since so called “ installation “ . Money thrown out the window . Still waiting for “ the computer guy “
