Successful Installation on the Third Try

The first technician who came to our home to install it was unsuccessful. It was believed that the printer was defective, and Best Buy replaced it with a second printer, but that installation was also un successful. Finally a third technician was dispatched and he was successful in making the printer work. We were told that the reason the first two tries were unsuccessful was because the Geek Squad has laid off all but one of its computer technicians in our area. The installer the first and second times was familiar mostly with home entertainment systems. Only the the third technician was familiar with computers and able to solve our installation problem. All of this took several weeks, plus the return of the first printer which probably would have worked okay if correctly installed.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend
