The agent ihstalled HP Printer has very knowledgeable

The product purchased was a computer laser printer. The first technician who came to our home to install it was unsuccessful. It was believed that the printer was defective, and Best Buy replaced it with a second printer, but that installation was also un successful. Finally a third technician was dispatched and he was successful in making the printer work. We were told that the reason the first two tries were unsuccessful was because the Geek Squad has laid off all but one of its computer technicians in our area. The installer the first and second times was familiar mostly with home entertainment systems. Only the the third technician was familiar with computers and able to solve our installation problem. All of this took several weeks, plus the return of the first printer which probably would have worked okay if correctly installed.

The agent never saw the problem before, my printer was not set up to handle 5G. Verizon told me when I bought there home internet that it could work at either level. He "fixed" the wi-fi, so that I could print that day after he left. Unfortunately, the same problem was back the next day. I ended up calling Verizon and they walked me through fixing it permanently within 10 minutes
