Epson Printer Problems

Verizon told me when I bought there home internet that it could work at either level. He "fixed" the wi-fi, so that I could print that day after he left. Unfortunately, the same problem was back the next day. I ended up calling Verizon and they walked me through fixing it permanently within 10 minutes

Printer installed

When I was unable to print from any device, I was directed to an 800 number Geek technician. After 1 1/2 hr Jolene referred me to Sergio. I appreciated that I did not have to be on phone while he did diagnostics, but he installed software on lap top which resulted in success and now I am restored to being able to print but I kept wondering if that software should have been offered when printer was being set up? This was a 4 hour elapsedtime situation!
