On time, friendly, efficient, professional! Hooked up my printer for remote accesss.

Absolutely amazing service! What a bargain. The service provider spent nearly three hours getting my new iMac computer setup and data transferred, set up my new wireless printer, helped me create ways for me to more efficiently deal with issues that might come up during normal usage, and reminded me that I can call for an appointment when I get stuck with a tech problem. The Geek Squad annual fee is worth many times its cost.

Joe from Best Buy’s Geek Squad set up and demonstrated a new printer in my home. In addition to his knowledge of the product, what impressed me about Joe was how efficiently he managed the visit. He confirmed the appointment the day before and arrived right when he said he would. Much appreciated.

The agent phoned previous to the pre-set arrival time to let me know that he was just leaving the store...arrived at my home at exactly the appt time. He was to help me connect to WI FI-both of us surprised that I had been only about one step from getting it done! He showed me several other things I could do with the printer-very knowledgeable & helpful. Unfortunately, I neglected to ask how to send a fax, so I may need to have someone return!

Very knowledgeable person from Geek squad, He set up our newest Epson printer, which is wonderful with the large refillable ink compartments that are conveniently located outside of the printer and on the front, so it's easy to access. He also set-up the network going to my husband's laptop so that he could print again!! He was friendly and expedient. Another Great Best Buy and Geek Squad experience!

The Geek squad were quick and efficient and had all my devices connected. They help with instructions and answered all my questions.

After getting a fiber installed by AT&T, I was unable to print. AT&T was unable to help, so I went to BestBuy. Didn’t take long for the Geek Squad guy to find out that my HP, just a few years old, couldn’t handle the high speed signal from the fiber. Takes a smart guy to figure it out. Thanks Geek Squad!!

I had to get a "home" setup by you folks because your crew in the store said they couldn't do it, even with my computer.Also, I was told "WIFI" would not interfere with setup. It did. I couldn't "bypass" WIFI, Not to pleased with that fact-home setup and cost I mean.

Geek squad member was particularly helpful to two seniors.

The gentleman was very understanding, as this was his second visit to our home. At the first appointment, I declined having the fax set up on our printer, but after my husband expressed his disappointment in my decision, I called the Geek Squad back. However, since we don't have a home phone (my husband's bad decision and my fault for not realizing we needed a phone line to install the fax!), the technician couldn't make the fax work, but he still answered a couple of questions I had about the printer. He was a good sport!
