The technician from Geek Squad was just excellent with the set-up of the printer, her explanations of how to do each step, then walked me through them and presented some of my options to consider. A very thorough and patient teacher, too. She was quick to set up the printer and remove all the boxes and papers at the end.

The printer had stopped being productive. The paper would go through but nothing ever showed up on the page. The techy who serviced the machine got everything running smoothly. Jonathan called to schedule the appointment; informed me of his arrival time. Got things fixed, and made a series of recommendations which I will follow soon. So impressed with his skill and appreciated his sense of humor and consistent insight. He remains an impressive representative of your company.

I had to get a "home" setup by you folks because your crew in the store said they couldn't do it, even with my computer.Also, I was told "WIFI" would not interfere with setup. It did. I couldn't "bypass" WIFI, Not to pleased with that fact-home setup and cost I mean.

We have the Total-Tech Geek Squad Service Program and found it to be a great value. The Geek Squad staff that we've had the pleasure of working with have been extremely knowledgeable and experienced. The FREE setup of new Best Buy products, the in-home service and phone support have been a real asset for us. We've had the Program for multiple years and certainly plan to continue their service.

Victor Jones had the expertise to setup my new printer. He handled the complete installation/configuration to all devices, setup WiFi for wireless printing, answered my questions and made sure I had no outstanding concerns before he left. I will recommend the Geek Squad due to how efficiently and professionally Victor Jones had taken care of the job.

This printer keeps detaching from the Wifi and is very slow The techs worked patiently and speeded it up somewhat .from impossible to just tolerable (One printing was normal speed ) I like its easy scanning ability It may have to be on a USB cable which the instructions say don't do though it has a port I use my aged printer that this was meant to replace . I haven;t had time to check it I would not buy this printer again

Edson was here to repair my very old printer. Although the printer turned out to not be repairable, I was incredibly pleased with the attention Edson afforded to the task at hand as well as his interest resolving the situation in any way possible. He was able to recommend a couple of reasonable replacements which were perfect for my situation. I purchased one of them and scheduled the setup visit, which was completed with ease and to my complete satisfaction and beyond.
