I lost some of my Features after the installment .

In printing from my computer to my Printer, it takes a long time for it to Start to Print. The Numbers or letters on the front side of the Printer don't light up so I know what they are. And I lost my Microsoft " Word" that was on my Computer after they hooked it up.
