My printer worked perfectly with my old desk top computer, laptop and mobile phone. After touching the menu key, they took it off Wi-Fi, so nothing will work. After about 40 minutes they got it back on Wi-Fi. They finally got the new computer to print, but not in the proper format, they left after TWO HOURS. I connected an ethernet cable from the desk top to the printer, it works perfectly, 2 Minutes.

Printer set up
