The geek squad installer did a great job installing and setting up my printer

The tech person did a very good job. He explained everything.

Agents installed my printer quickly and efficiently. They had other stops and I don't think they adequately tested the printer as they neither tested color printing or tested black and white printing. Their test copy was a black and white copy of a color page. The black on that picture was dark gray. I assumed it was because it was printing a color page. When I finally got around to printing a black and white letter the black was still dark gray

Tech concerned about setting up my product and explaining the features.

Bought laptop and printer approximately 2 months ago, had 3 Geek at home appts and the printer STILL DOESNT WORK! CONTACTED Best BUY last geek for help and received no return message. Tried calling the store and couldn’t talk to a real person!!! EVENTUALLY, the phone went dead. I have bought all home items ( Refrigerator , store, 4 tv, ETC). I will NEVER GO TO BB AGAIN! This is totally unfair!!!

Absolutely a waste of time . The lady was nice and polite but the guy was rude and obsessed to rush home cause he had problems to resolve . Any question I asked was left unanswered saying that “ he is not the computer guy “ he will send “ next week Hayk the computer guy” plus the printer can’t be used cause every time says :” no paper “ even if is full of paper. This error is annoying and I couldn’t print absolutely nothing since so called “ installation “ . Money thrown out the window . Still waiting for “ the computer guy “
