    On Fri. Oct 18 I purchased a printer with delivery and set up service. Wed., Oct. 23 Nikolas came but my computer is to old for that printer to work wireless so Nikolas returned on Sat., Oct 26 with connection cord. Printer still would not sync with my older computer. He said he would call me later that day to let me know what printers were available to sync with my older computer. I never heard from him again. On Mon., Oct. 28 I called both the tech and the store number three times, explained my problem and was transferred somewhere where the call was dropped THREE TIMES. I gave up. It is now Friday Nov. 15 and I am still sitting here with a printer that Nikolas did not take with him that will not sync with my computer. Meantime I was informed my order had been cancelled and my money would be returned to my account within 10 days. Nothing has happened.l It has been a terrible experience.
