Set up was good, follow up service unattainable!

Called support line and after being transferred 3 times and to someone who was difficult to understand however he was trying to do his job, he said he was going to transfer me again and estimated wait time was 1 hour. In my opinion that is definetley NOR service

Printer cutting off bottom of documents, big probl

The first printer would not work, so one had to be picked up in Copperfield. The printer is cutting off the bottom of documents when it prints. We need help.

Failed printer install
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Agent tried to connect new printer with a 5-6 yr old HP Laptop. He was not able to do it. The computer was very slow. I guess Windows 10 was not updated properly and he suggested we take the HP to the store to have everything backed up on an external hard drive and reinstall like it was a new computer. We decided against doing this and will purchase a new computer at a later date.
