The gentleman was very understanding, as this was his second visit to our home. At the first appointment, I declined having the fax set up on our printer, but after my husband expressed his disappointment in my decision, I called the Geek Squad back. However, since we don't have a home phone (my husband's bad decision and my fault for not realizing we needed a phone line to install the fax!), the technician couldn't make the fax work, but he still answered a couple of questions I had about the printer. He was a good sport!

Geek squad member was particularly helpful to two seniors.

David came to my home to install my Brother wireless printer. I had thought I could install it myself, having purchased the identical printer a couple of years back, however, I was reminded that the Geek Squad help is available to me so I decided to give it a try. Wow, am I glad I did. He worked out several problems I had, no doubt created and the new printer works like a charm - - from any device, anywhere in the house. Thanks David!

Geek Squad did a great job setting up my wireless printer. Previously, it did'nt show up for appointment. Lack of competition.

My technician had my printer up and running without any delays. he explained everything and asked if i had any questions, I did have a few and we ran the printer through all the questions I had. That is why I have the Geek squad in my back pocket, well worth the money especially when I bring my computer into the store for some help.

He was very thorough, answered all our concerns and since my husband and I struggle with some of the technology and terminology, he was very patient and kind. He advised me that if I am having problems with the new computer, windows 11 or our printer to write down the issues as they occur, schedule 1 hour appts with the Geek squad, and be ready to discuss any problems or concerns at the appt. He was very helpful and encouraging.

The Geek Squad woman set up my printer very quickly. She was very knowledgeable, friendly, and explained everything she was doing. I hope to she comes again if I have to add any new devices. She definitely deserves a raise.

Gil was absolutely great. Very knowledgeable, and very patient answering all our questions. When the printer he installed did not function correctly (found out one of the original ink cartridges was bad) he immediately said he would bring another printer out at our convenience. He gave us his card and did exactly as he said he would.

The two Geek Squad members who came to troubleshoot my printer were patient, extremely knowledgeable, and friendly. I would definitely recommend them again.

The technician from Geek Squad was just excellent with the set-up of the printer, her explanations of how to do each step, then walked me through them and presented some of my options to consider. A very thorough and patient teacher, too. She was quick to set up the printer and remove all the boxes and papers at the end.
