It was high time for me to get a new All-In-One Printer. My old one had many years of use. I gravitate toward HP because I have had gotten used to it and the brand HP is reliable and user-friendly. Trevor (Best Buy's Geek Squad) arrived on time, was friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. He was serious about getting it done correctly and walked me through all the steps before he left.

Good service, and very knowledgeable. Responsive and helped set up our older printer on another computer in the house.

The geeks are on time , i had a large window at first 7a.m-7p.m thats crazy , but when it was time for steve to come out , it was more realistic window 7a.m -10a.m i could deal with that , my day was not tied up .steve was very professional and nice ,great visit to help me with my HP computer.

Brad got my new All-in-One connected to my old printer. It wasn’t easy but Brad figured out what the problem was and now all’s good! Yay!

Brian did a great job and solved all issues. showed up on time with announcement and finished as promised.

Finally, after waiting almost four weeks for my new Epson Printer to be installed by Geek Squad, I am thrilled with the installation services and the quality of the photo prints produced by my new Epson EcoTank ET-4850. The two "Geeks" who came were gentlemen and so knowledgeable that I'm really quite impressed! Give Emmanual and Andrew GOLD stars for the day! I was blessed to have them here.

Colin kept me well informed about when he would arrive. He set up the printer to connect with my Ipad and laptop and problemsolved several issues (deficient ink cartridge and laptop compatability) quickly and efficiently. He explained everything to me so that I had no trouble following what he was doing, and I am now able to print what I want from the device I want. He was very personable and professional.

Did not tell me I needed a computer to set up. Was charged $99 for just dropping off my self. Set the printer up myself.

Was not able to get my new printer installed. Geek squad over the phone got the software on my computer but the printer still did not work. Had Ryan come to the house and got it working. Something in the software that was done over the phone was incorrect. Was not happy to pay the service fee, but thanks to Ryan my printer now works.

The agent was not very personable. She was rather cold. She just did her job but without personality.

As usual, the Geek Squad did a fantastic job. We've used this service several times for good reason.

You all are wonderful and made my world. And explained what was going on with my printer.
