Disappointed

Then received an email that the appointment was updated with a timeline of 1pm-5pm. Then I was notified with the cancellation of today’s appointment. I have an updated appointment on 09/18/2025 from 7am - 7pm. Perhaps today was an emergency cancellation for a tech.
