Geek Squad service poor

It worked once and then did not. I contacted him and due to your scheduling I cannot get help until 6/10. This is not what I thought the service I bought would give me. 26 days between service. Poor

Phone Problem

Had him try to get my Lively phone working as I have had it since January but can't seem to get it working. Last the weekend I had my daughter and my granddaughter try to get it working and it just will not work! Think I will have to bringing it back.

DISAPPOINTED
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.WHEN THE AGENT CAME TO THE HOUSE THREE WEEKS PRIOR TO SETTING UP THE PRINTER, I WAS TOLD MY APPLE NOTE BOOK WAS TO OLD. I PURCHASED A NEW ONE. HE WAS AGAIN UNABLE TO HOOK IT UP TO THE WIFI FOR PRINTING. AT EASTER MY NIECE CAME TO VISIT, SHE HOOKED UP BOTH LAP TOPS TO THE WIFI PRINTER WITH NO PROBLEMS. :(
