Printer Installation Difficult
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The HP 9125e is nice printer but Easy Set-up was anything but. Printing an envelope is a major hassle and a lack of documentation is distressing for those of us who don’t have a Master’s in Computer Science. I did install the printer but it wasn’t easy. I have a Total Tech contract with Best Buy and would have asked a Geek to install it except their in-home service cost has increased by almost double. I will not renew my contract again.

Geek Squad service poor

It worked once and then did not. I contacted him and due to your scheduling I cannot get help until 6/10. This is not what I thought the service I bought would give me. 26 days between service. Poor
