Printer set up is scheduled for a future appointment.

The first printer I had the GS set up was not completely set up. I then learned the sales associate recommended the wrong printer. After returning that printer the GS came to set up a second printer and for whatever reasons they could not complete the task either and had to wait an additional week to have another individual hopefully complete the task of setting up a home printer...CanonF654cdw. I have not been able to utilize my printer for close to a month now. The second appointment for the second attempt at the second printer has still not been completed as of this review. Some of the sales associates that work in a particular dept. seem not to know the products they are selling and the installers also seem not to know how to set up said products. It has been a very frustrating experience wating my time sitting around waiting for an appointment.

The 2 agents took a very basic printer and helped me (87 yr old) attach to wifi and computer. they then printed a document, after loading paper , then left. They didn't show me how to turn on/off the printer. i hour later, the printer was shown as offline BUT sometimes prints! Will have to report this and ask for help again!

The tech fixed my computer printer. Had him try to get my Lively phone working as I have had it since January but can't seem to get it working. Last the weekend I had my daughter and my granddaughter try to get it working and it just will not work! Think I will have to bringing it back.

He forgot to set up our scanning feature to all of our devices

Ink is a good quality and last for a sufficient amount of time and that may be part of the reason

WHEN THE AGENT CAME TO THE HOUSE THREE WEEKS PRIOR TO SETTING UP THE PRINTER, I WAS TOLD MY APPLE NOTE BOOK WAS TO OLD. I PURCHASED A NEW ONE. HE WAS AGAIN UNABLE TO HOOK IT UP TO THE WIFI FOR PRINTING. AT EASTER MY NIECE CAME TO VISIT, SHE HOOKED UP BOTH LAP TOPS TO THE WIFI PRINTER WITH NO PROBLEMS. :(

The agents mounted my wall mount TV & connected it to my devices.

In speaking with friends who are geeks (40 years), they told me that what Jose said is not true. My computer is not filled up. It still has plenty of room on it and if I move my designs off my computer and onto a USB drive, I will have even more room. But Jose did get my printer connected which was what I needed.
