The Geek Squad was very professional when they came to my home, though I was extremely disappointed that I was told that my printer is no good because I put the ink cartridge in months before I set up the printer. I have an Epson printer. I was never told NOT to put the ink cartridge in because it would dry up & ruin the printer. I tried to set it up but was having difficulty. Obviously I wouldn't have done that had I known. Nowhere in the instructions does it say not to load the ink if you're not completing the setup of the printer. I was, therefore, told that the computer is no good & that I have to throw it out. I don't feel that I should have to buy a new printer because I was never informed of the fact that this could happen & would appreciate some type of credit so that I can purchase a new printer. I would greatly appreciate your support & understanding in this matter.
