Geek Squad was definitely dishonest this time.

No one told me, but they took the advance payment for this and kept it. This is unethical practice. Categorically dishonest.

Still waiting on my follow up appointment.

However, we noticed that my Wi-Fi was not at full range. He was going to schedule another visit to add an extender or something to give longer range. He never scheduled anything else.

Geek did not complete installation of my printer

Incomplete installation. Requested more help via TOTAL TECH Membership, NADA RESPONSE. I need help, I need appointment for Geek to come to my home and straighten out the scanner. I need help.
