The tech came out and did exactly what was needed to get my printer up and going. However, we noticed that my Wi-Fi was not at full range. He was going to schedule another visit to add an extender or something to give longer range. He never scheduled anything else.

Corrected my problem when 4 other techs couldn’t do it.

Printer install was done professionally and quickly.

The first printer I had the GS set up was not completely set up. I then learned the sales associate recommended the wrong printer. After returning that printer the GS came to set up a second printer and for whatever reasons they could not complete the task either and had to wait an additional week to have another individual hopefully complete the task of setting up a home printer...CanonF654cdw. I have not been able to utilize my printer for close to a month now. The second appointment for the second attempt at the second printer has still not been completed as of this review. Some of the sales associates that work in a particular dept. seem not to know the products they are selling and the installers also seem not to know how to set up said products. It has been a very frustrating experience wating my time sitting around waiting for an appointment.

I've never played the games but the movie is a lot of fun.

Initially it looked okay, computer send, printer printer. BUT cannot get scanner to send wirelessly. Incomplete installation. Requested more help via TOTAL TECH Membership, NADA RESPONSE. I need help, I need appointment for Geek to come to my home and straighten out the scanner. I need help.
