I know they said you could cancel an appointment online but I needed to talk to someone to make sure I got the charge taken off my credit card. I had scheduled them to come and analyze why my printer would not print something from my computer. The day they were coming out my neighbor looked at my printer one more time and was able to fix it. I immediately called Best Buy and after talking to 3 to 5 people and repeating my name and address, etc. they told me that they had cancelled the appointment and I would get the charge taken off my credit card since the member of the Geek Squad had not come yet but I had to call tomorrow have it taken off my credit card. I told him, "You have to be kidding". I just spent over an hour on the phone trying to get someone to do something and cancel the appointment. So the next day I called back to the number he had given me me and sure enough, again, I had to talk to between 3 to 5 people. He told me it will be taken off your credit card and it will take between 3 to 5 five days. I asked him for a confirmation number and he told me he will be sending me an email shortly with it on it, of course I was skeptical and as I suspected I never received an email. It has been about a week and a half now so I checked with my credit card company today and they said the charge had never been taken off. As I told them at Best Buy, they have the worst customer service I have ever encountered. They have no telephone numbers listed and when you call the store you get passed around to all different departments and they promise it as been taken care and you find out they did nothing after wasting all that time. I doubt if I will ever use them again!

No explanation of how the printer worked, not even a simple turn it on this way. Furthermore, he loaded the extra paper improperly. I found the on-line manual, and determined the paper belonged in the tray, not resting on backside like older model printers.

The Geek squad guy set it up and it worked fine but the first time I printed something later, the paper got hung up. Next time was okay but I made sure the paper was all the way in the tray. Don't want to have to do that every time though. Will see...

Not one, but three guys showed up , one van, one car. My printer worked perfectly with my old desk top computer, laptop and mobile phone. After touching the menu key, they took it off Wi-Fi, so nothing will work. After about 40 minutes they got it back on Wi-Fi. They finally got the new computer to print, but not in the proper format, they left after TWO HOURS. I connected an ethernet cable from the desk top to the printer, it works perfectly, 2 Minutes.
