    Printer not working bc geek squad said incompatible with labtop computer windows 11. No wonder printer didn’t work ever since we ouches with laptop in January 2020. Not happy that we got a printer that doesn’t work from first day it was purchased!

    Did to an update by Microsoft my printer stopped printing. The geek squad fixed the problem. But, it was only temporary. Again, my printer stopped printing. So frustrating. I hesitate calling the geek squad again since it seems they can only fix it temporarily. Also, it was a two hour wait before they could call me back.

    Although the printer was installed by a Geek Squad professional it worked fine for a couple of weeks and now when I press the print button takes several minutes before it actually starts printing.

    sept 13 for him to come and fix it.I went to print after the agent left and my new printer won't print. Now I have to wait until Sept 13 for him to fix. Plus I cannot get the ink cartridges out. It is too small for my arthritic hand.

    The representative presented as very knowledgeable and friendly. The printer was working when he left. Difficulties occurred later. An additional adjustment needed to be made through a follow-up consultation with Geek Squad to get the printer working.
