Going through a non-Texan speaking is awful!!!!!!!

Although the printer was installed by a Geek Squad professional it worked fine for a couple of weeks and now when I press the print button takes several minutes before it actually starts printing.

The Geek Squad individual scratched and damaged my desk while unboxing the printer. I spent nearly an hour being transferred to various Best Buy departments to make a claim. I was finally transferred to "Claims" and was disconnected. Please have someone contact me at 210-288-3820 or provide the phone number to the outside agency that handles claims.

The Air fryer is wonderful saves me from the stress of frying

In-store I set up a home visit. The technician ran late so I rescheduled. He never called me to update time of visit, so I called Best Buy’s main number and they confirmed time. The tech guy was a no show. Went back to Geek Squad. They knew nothing about it. Call main office. Got passed around to three departments. Who’s in charge?Third try - upended my schedule a third day waiting and finally got serviced. Unacceptable.

Agents fixed the connection between my computer and printer.

Did to an update by Microsoft my printer stopped printing. The geek squad fixed the problem. But, it was only temporary. Again, my printer stopped printing. So frustrating. I hesitate calling the geek squad again since it seems they can only fix it temporarily. Also, it was a two hour wait before they could call me back.

Trouble was "cured" by owner, appointment canceled.

The representative presented as very knowledgeable and friendly. The printer was working when he left. Difficulties occurred later. An additional adjustment needed to be made through a follow-up consultation with Geek Squad to get the printer working.

The tech person, was very friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and prompt.

Needed printer daily, so happy with great service, So easy for me I would always get repairs this way now.
