I probably could have set this up myself, but was interested in the delivery and carry upstairs offered free with the TotalTech program. There were some small hiccups as the machine did not arrive at the store the day of delivery and the techs tripped over themselves trying to reschedule after cancelling. First, a week later, then with some nudging two days later they showed up. The tech was great. Set everything up and followed Covid protocols. Probably could have spent a little more time software training me, but more of a suggestion than a complaint. Most of my few questions were answered seamlessly with Brother tech support line. Just would be nice if the Best Buy call in line was in the United States. That is a complaint and the reason for the one star ding.

The service provider set up my new Epson printer, and answered all of my questions about operating it. It was a new brand and had many features new to me, and I didn't feel my "technology skills" were capable of doing it myself. He was extremely helpful and easy to understand and follow his directions, while setting it up quickly and efficiently.

Geek Squad is the “GoTo” for all concerns with computers and wireless connections. Mike checked out and fixed all problems and related problems in regards to computer viruses and network connections with the printer in a knowledgeable, efficient and courteous manner. He made sure that all technical situations were working perfectly and that all questions had excellent answers. He also provided preventive measures to offset potential future setbacks.

Justin from Geek Squad Roving personnel came to my apt on time (actually early) & set up my new printer including synching with Wi-Fi router & system. He ran tests on the printer to verify it worked correctly. He also explained it’s features & how to properly use each. He answered questions and made sure I was comfortable with using the printer. He was timely, professional, knowledgeable, efficient, courteous & dressed professionally with ID .. I am extremely happy with this Geek Squad technician & this experience.
