We had a Tech out to to fix our new computers because at the store they downloaded our information onto our new laptops and we couldn't get on. And they said they would set up the printer to our old printer which they did not do. So after picking up 2 new laptops I had to get tech support out to my home and pay an additional $39.99 to fix our problems and do the printer set up. They don't set up your laptops to your printer!! According to the tech that came to my house!!

the agent was not familiar with Excel which was the main concern.

The Geek Squad agent who set up our printer was very efficient, communicative, and everything has been working really well since his visit. He let us know the day before at what time he was coming so we did not have to wait around. As Total Tech support clients, we are very supportive of this service and will continue with Best Buy if such service remains at this high standard.

Answering door - introduction my name is _____________ and this ____________ (second gentleman was in training" from Best Buy Geek Squad here to install your printer. Put in their shoe covering and already had their face mask's. Upon completion of installation, they tested any and all. OK we are ready to talk you through how printer works. They took their time with me "Let's to through a "TEST RUN." using several different tasks. "any questions or concern's please do not hesitate to call. Gave me the number to call. There have been some set up problems with the machine, but Candler of the Savannah Geek Squad has been very helpful.

The geeks are on time , i had a large window at first 7a.m-7p.m thats crazy , but when it was time for steve to come out , it was more realistic window 7a.m -10a.m i could deal with that , my day was not tied up .steve was very professional and nice ,great visit to help me with my HP computer.

The Geek expert got my new printer set up and showed me how to use it. I was able to print out things for a while, but then ignored it for a few weeks and now it just tells me there’s no paper, though there’s plenty…. Wish I had an instruction manual.

This might sound like a negative, but it turned out great. There was a misunderstanding. It was at the store and the rep was doing in home installing. He came without it. But he was also setting up my computer which I already had. At the same time, I found out I had ordered a color printer and I had wanted a black and white. So a week later I went to Best Buy and they credited my card back. They were deeply apologetic but I told them it was ok as I had made an error too, so it worked out for the best.
