Has it working. Did not provide any instruction, but , it's up and running for basic printing (not photos, etc.) He was very courteous but it seemed like he was in a hurry.

Geek Squad installed my new microphone . He did not leave the manual with us.

The printer that we purchased and hired Geek Squad to installed incorrectly. It was set up to scan to save documents as jpeg instead of pdf thereby rendering the automatic document feeder unusable. It needs to be reinstalled. How do I go about having this corrected? Please inform.

They connected our printer to computer in a very timely manner. He was here 15 minutes.

We had 2 visits to hook us up with our new printer in Sept and paid twice ( which we did not need to do) twice . Can you reimburse us for the one payment please. When we try to print something it says no printer found! We need our printer to work ( it’s brand new)

Agent connected my printer to my old computer. Would not set up my new computer said it wasn’t schebuled and he didn’t have time to set it up. Said I needed to set up another appointment which I did.

Im quite satisfied with the wall charger I purchased for my iPhone. It was a good value.

Was told my wireless printer is over ten yrs old so it’s outdated- but it was previously set up wirelessly a year ago and worked so maybe it was difficult of a process and just advised to hook the usb cord into my laptop- what good is having a laptop when I have to walk up to printer so not happy with that. Not happy that I was told not worth troubleshooting my computer a few days before that by a diff employee at Cortlandt Best Buy and then had to buy external hard drive when I’m charged for Microsoft 365 and they should have done the transfer for me- that is why I pay for total tech, no?
