Help with install of printer with excellent service

Agent knew her business, able to get work done quickly.

Geek Squad did a wonderful job of setting up all the new programs on new computer.

The service in the home was friendly and efficeint

The directions given by the associate did not work. Problem still exists.

They connected our printer to computer in a very timely manner. He was here 15 minutes.

The printer that we purchased and hired Geek Squad to installed incorrectly. It was set up to scan to save documents as jpeg instead of pdf thereby rendering the automatic document feeder unusable. It needs to be reinstalled. How do I go about having this corrected? Please inform.

Im quite satisfied with the wall charger I purchased for my iPhone. It was a good value.

the geek agent is very friendly and professional. Set up mt printer in less than an hour.

Has it working. Did not provide any instruction, but , it's up and running for basic printing (not photos, etc.) He was very courteous but it seemed like he was in a hurry.

In-store I set up a home visit. The technician ran late so I rescheduled. He never called me to update time of visit, so I called Best Buy’s main number and they confirmed time. The tech guy was a no show. Went back to Geek Squad. They knew nothing about it. Call main office. Got passed around to three departments. Who’s in charge?Third try - upended my schedule a third day waiting and finally got serviced. Unacceptable.

He try to uninstall a app on my laptop but it's still trying to install the app.

Everything was done professionally and as expected. Several problems were resolved.

Representative sent my new printer to my phone and my laptop. Did not offer any other service or asked me if I had any questions. When I did ask a question as to selecting size for printing. He took me through it is very very fastNo time for questions I felt he did not want to be bothered.
