Printer set up by Geek Squad Agent

Although the setup included printing from my phone, that isn't happening and I have not been able to resolve the issue even though I have gone through the process.

Geek squad set up my printer

Did not offer any other service or asked me if I had any questions. When I did ask a question as to selecting size for printing. He took me through it is very very fastNo time for questions I felt he did not want to be bothered.

need more help for printer

He got our printer working right and gave many explanations that helped us understand our technical questions. He downloaded and installed a new "driver" (whatever?) to get our printer to behave as it should. Unfortunately, just a day or two after he left the printer was back to it's old inability to print from wi-fi and sometimes not even responding to USB cable input. We would like Justin to come back and see if he can resolve the root problem here. We don't know how to contact him. We lost the phone number for his direct line that he gave us to use if we had any problems.

No phone call

Super important because I was leaving town in a week. They only emailed, and set a day for me. Which was after I left town. My fault for not seeing the emails, but annoying.

Worst customer service!!!!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I know they said you could cancel an appointment online but I needed to talk to someone to make sure I got the charge taken off my credit card. I had scheduled them to come and analyze why my printer would not print something from my computer. The day they were coming out my neighbor looked at my printer one more time and was able to fix it. I immediately called Best Buy and after talking to 3 to 5 people and repeating my name and address, etc. they told me that they had cancelled the appointment and I would get the charge taken off my credit card since the member of the Geek Squad had not come yet but I had to call tomorrow have it taken off my credit card. I told him, "You have to be kidding". I just spent over an hour on the phone trying to get someone to do something and cancel the appointment. So the next day I called back to the number he had given me me and sure enough, again, I had to talk to between 3 to 5 people. He told me it will be taken off your credit card and it will take between 3 to 5 five days. I asked him for a confirmation number and he told me he will be sending me an email shortly with it on it, of course I was skeptical and as I suspected I never received an email. It has been about a week and a half now so I checked with my credit card company today and they said the charge had never been taken off. As I told them at Best Buy, they have the worst customer service I have ever encountered. They have no telephone numbers listed and when you call the store you get passed around to all different departments and they promise it as been taken care and you find out they did nothing after wasting all that time. I doubt if I will ever use them again!

Disappointed
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Cannot rate this product because we cancelled our order due to best buys incompetence and lack of correcting their mistakes and resolution of the problem. I ordered new computers, printer and wifi and a date for Geek Squad to install. One representative told me all my products were not in yet and another rep told me they didn't schedule enough time so we had to reschedule. By the way, we found this out two days before we were schedule. I have never spoke with such unprofessional, uninformed customer service representatives. Only to find out that you can't even call the local Best Buy anymore to speak with a manager or anyone in the store. You have to drive there and hope you can get a manager onsite. I was provided an email that a manager would see and get back to me. A manager did call me back but was totally useless in resolving the issue. We ended up buyng directly from HP. I was lied to and totally dismissed by everyone of your staff. Best buy created the problem and I suffered for it. This will most likely not be posted however, I feel as though this is important feedback to upper management to hear and understand what is happening in their place of business and how their clients are being dealt with. With so many more options to purchase my electronics, I doubt I will be going back to Best Buy ever.

Geek squad was called to set up my printer & I-Pad

Your (Geek Squad) representative has failed to return my phone calls to get this matter straightened out. Your GEEK SQUAD is not good!

In Home Visit
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I gave a low score because the tech didn't have to do much I got charged 86.00 to be told that the printer I bought was used and it came with cartridges that were empty I have been calling and sending emails to resolve this problem and all I get is someone will call me I don't think it's fair the way I got treated I'm 72yrs old and I have no car to go in person. Because I was in a severe car wreck and the lady that hit me total my car and I suffered severe injuries. It's not fair that I paid 59.99 for a used printer and what's worse it had used ink cartridges inside. I would like This problem resolve the payment is coming up on 8/15 even though it says would I recommend this geek squad to a friend in a way I wouldn't but it's not there fault I got sold a used printer

Dishwasher

However, I am not pleased with the performance of the dishwasher that was delivered and are presently writing to the President of Best buy voicing my displeasure. I was not happy with the performance of the first machine that was delivered and arranged to return it and get a new machine. The new machine was an open box that also doesn't clean the dishes. I want this machine to be replaced by a brand new machine.
