The geek squad printer set-up cost me more than the price of the printer itself. Set-up should be included with the equipment purchase!!!!

I was most impressed with my salesperson. The Geek Squad team became unreachable after I discovered a few discrepancies after the set-up.

They did what I asked them to do, but did not put the printer on the right wireless connection.

The tech was very helpful. The store sold us All the wrong stuff. Very inconvenient. Id give a 4 to the tech and a one to the store so I set the starts at 3. I'd recommend service if it's the right one

Joe set up TV and it came on immediately. In the past, an error message came up: "No internet found" . Our other three TV we set up and connected to internet.

Printer still doesn't work. After buying 2 different printers and trying to set lup neither one works.

I need to call them back...After the Holidays I will call them back.It would print a couple of times and now won't print...Not sure what is wrong with it.

The technician was nice and made some adjustments to our new Sonos system and agreed that the sub-woofer was not working. He agreed to have it replaced. However, that evening we tried using the system with our TV and the same problem was still present. The sound just cuts out so we can hear the TV at all and then when it comes back on in a minute or so, the sound is coming from a different speaker and is at a different level.

My Geek Squad spent most of his time finishing the set-up of my new laptop which was supposed to have been done at the store. Not one person told me my Microsoft password (store GS or home visit). I still have no idea how to use it (still)! So disappointed!

Not completely installed to use on different types of printing

Geeks came promptly and installed completely. It works now.

1) I would like my TV to be secured to the wall, so if we have a trimmer, it will not fall. 2) The HP WiFi Printer help was good, but the software installed was not 100% compatible. I have to call in to get the correct HP software installed.

It has taken 5-6 visits to the store to get it all to work plus one in home visit. When he left it all worked for about three days. Then I have to wait about 3 weeks to have him come back and fix it.

He was in such a hurry and so I was not able to print to see if it worked. Of course it did not...but had help so now working.

The printer is not working. I need the geek squad to come finish with this setup of my equipment. I thought it was when she was here but we did not test it. Please reschedule me to get this order finished please.

The Technician was unable to get the brand new printer running properly. I am currently unable to use it and will most likely return it very soon

Will not stay connected to my desktop HP windows 11 computer so i can print from it Geek Squad come out on 08/04/25 to hook up day later it didn"t work wasn't connect to my computer to print from.

The tech did a great job connecting my printer. Just wish the other items I requested could have been taken care of as well.

The agent was unable to download Microsoft Office after installing our computer and printer. We had to make a few calls to the Geek Squad. We were told that the install was done incorrectly, but another agent was able to fix the problem.
