Owned for 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.My Geek Squad spent most of his time finishing the set-up of my new laptop which was supposed to have been done at the store. Not one person told me my Microsoft password (store GS or home visit). I still have no idea how to use it (still)! So disappointed!

Geek squad was called to set up my printer & I-Pad

Your (Geek Squad) representative has failed to return my phone calls to get this matter straightened out. Your GEEK SQUAD is not good!

Installed on stand good, but not secure to wall.

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.1) I would like my TV to be secured to the wall, so if we have a trimmer, it will not fall. 2) The HP WiFi Printer help was good, but the software installed was not 100% compatible. I have to call in to get the correct HP software installed.

New computer and screen a disappointment
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.It has taken 5-6 visits to the store to get it all to work plus one in home visit. When he left it all worked for about three days. Then I have to wait about 3 weeks to have him come back and fix it.

Printer problem

I thought it was when she was here but we did not test it. Please reschedule me to get this order finished please.

Not a satisfied Sonos system owner currently and
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The technician was nice and made some adjustments to our new Sonos system and agreed that the sub-woofer was not working. He agreed to have it replaced. However, that evening we tried using the system with our TV and the same problem was still present. The sound just cuts out so we can hear the TV at all and then when it comes back on in a minute or so, the sound is coming from a different speaker and is at a different level.

Okay, but not everything we were expecting.

We had to make a few calls to the Geek Squad. We were told that the install was done incorrectly, but another agent was able to fix the problem.

Epsom printer is very, very slow and has had connectivity issues. Not thrilled with technology at the moment and not sure what to do next.

Dishwasher

However, I am not pleased with the performance of the dishwasher that was delivered and are presently writing to the President of Best buy voicing my displeasure. I was not happy with the performance of the first machine that was delivered and arranged to return it and get a new machine. The new machine was an open box that also doesn't clean the dishes. I want this machine to be replaced by a brand new machine.

Terrible visit.

He was less than accommodating, and made me feel like I wasn't valued as a customer. He spoke down to me, and acted as if every question that I ask I should have already known the answer to. I have never been so humiliated in my life!! He walked away, and made it seem like he had done me a favor being here. I hope for the sake of Geek Squad and Best Buy, that this was a seasonal employee. I didn't feel valued, and after calling him to ask questions, he was less than helpful. I understand that these employees do this for 8 hours A-day, and can do it with their eyes closed. However, I paid for the extra service because I am not technically savvy. He let me know that he did not care about whether I had a good experience or nit's a good experience so not. He seemed more interested in getting to his next call, and this was after I allowed him to come 24 hours earlier than we were scheduled. Not a good deal!!! It also would have been nice if he made sure that the printer actually worked, and I was able to operate it before he left, like the associate in the store assured me he would If I can give less than one star than I would.
