Epsom printer is very, very slow and has had connectivity issues. Not thrilled with technology at the moment and not sure what to do next.

FRUSTRATED

But I can't afford another $99.00 for him to come back again. I'm frustrated. Not with Jeff but with the laptop and the printer.

Terrible visit.

He was less than accommodating, and made me feel like I wasn't valued as a customer. He spoke down to me, and acted as if every question that I ask I should have already known the answer to. I have never been so humiliated in my life!! He walked away, and made it seem like he had done me a favor being here. I hope for the sake of Geek Squad and Best Buy, that this was a seasonal employee. I didn't feel valued, and after calling him to ask questions, he was less than helpful. I understand that these employees do this for 8 hours A-day, and can do it with their eyes closed. However, I paid for the extra service because I am not technically savvy. He let me know that he did not care about whether I had a good experience or nit's a good experience so not. He seemed more interested in getting to his next call, and this was after I allowed him to come 24 hours earlier than we were scheduled. Not a good deal!!! It also would have been nice if he made sure that the printer actually worked, and I was able to operate it before he left, like the associate in the store assured me he would If I can give less than one star than I would.

I didn't received my service

No manual

GeekSquad desktop Data Transfer

Printer Installation

Printer setup
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.It took a week to get the printer not like i was promised in 2-3 days then Agents cancelled the appointment last min and then took 3-4 days to come back and then the printer worked for 3 days and then it stopped and then they had to come back again to fix it after a few more days it was a simple printer hook up I dont know why it so long just to get me and install the printer the tech was nice though so thats why I stuck with it .

Wireless still not working

Laptop will not connect to my printer
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The Geek Squad did everything that they could to get my computer to connect to my work printer (a commercial Canon brand new copier) and were unsuccessful. After having literally FOUR people remote into my computer, the Geek Squad have my computer for days trying to clean it up and reboot Windows, etc and an on location Geek Squad person came to my work, they still could not get it to connect. They finally did exchange my laptop that was only 5 months old, but the brand new one does not connect either. It has got to be something with this laptop b/c all other people in my office (about 175) works and they have Lenovos too. Very frustrating b/c I paid $1400 for this particular laptop b/c the associate said it would be best for what I needed. I do not blame Geek Squad but I am very upset that this months long process and taken hours and hours and hours of me having to go to my office to have it remotely worked on or an in person, being without my computer while it was at Geek Squad and it still doesn't print. It cost me $1400!!

The Only BAD Geek Squad Support I ever had...!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The Geek Squad home visit was a failure - the "expert" was so arrogant he insisted the P/C and Printer could not be connected in a wireless network in my apartment complex. I explained the prior printer was connected wirelessly before it crashed. He insisted we had just been lucky to connect it! I told him to leave. I asked a young lady who works at our front desk for help. She does some tech help on the side. She arrived with a single page of instructions from Spectrum, our provider, and in 15 minutes she had connected the P/C and printer wirelessly, plus including my laptop and cell phone, as well!! I can now print from any device on my wireless ;network that your representative refused to even open his brain to consider. Surely Spectrum makes such valuable instruction sheets available to the Geek Squad... If not I will give you a copy to avoid such a miserable encounter for any one else!!
