    The agent said he was unable to connect my monitor to any desktop in the store so he would be unable to determine the problem. I left the monitor with him for recycling

    Wireless still not working

    We asked someone to come and set up wireless printing. He complained about how far he'd had to drive... And neither our laptop, nor phones, can access wireless printing. Send someone different please.

    Printer was installed but I did not get an owner's manual and little instruction on using printer so I'm having lots of problems.

    It took a week to get the printer not like i was promised in 2-3 days then Agents cancelled the appointment last min and then took 3-4 days to come back and then the printer worked for 3 days and then it stopped and then they had to come back again to fix it after a few more days it was a simple printer hook up I dont know why it so long just to get me and install the printer the tech was nice though so thats why I stuck with it .

    Geek squad couldn’t connect my wireless printer to my iPad Air 3. Said he thinks the printer is too old for my iPad. Possibly right. How do I know?

    Have to reboot the printer every day. The scanner does not work, after setup by Geek Squad.

    Repaired printer malfunction

    The agent had to reschedule. Gave me a new date/time. The store tried to give me a second reschedule. Agent finally came and got the repair accomplished.

    Did not spend enough time to tutor the printer. Additional time was needed to go over all the details of the new printer and to get rid of old printer data.

    Efficient service but lacking in friendliness. Getting the job done after minimizing the customer's opinion, only proved in the end that the customer was correct.

    Geek Squad could not install my printer

    The representative could not hook up my printer. I found I had purchased the printer more than 2 weeks prior so I could not return it. I was told to contact HP -that has not been successful either. So I have a printer that will copy but not print. I have a Geek Squad membership I cannot use. I have paid a lot of money to Best Buy with nothing to show for it.

    Agent tried to install, but could not get all functions to work. Decided the printer was defective.returned to Best Buy and purchased a new Printer. Still waiting for installation.

    Laptop will not connect to my printer

    The Geek Squad did everything that they could to get my computer to connect to my work printer (a commercial Canon brand new copier) and were unsuccessful. After having literally FOUR people remote into my computer, the Geek Squad have my computer for days trying to clean it up and reboot Windows, etc and an on location Geek Squad person came to my work, they still could not get it to connect. They finally did exchange my laptop that was only 5 months old, but the brand new one does not connect either. It has got to be something with this laptop b/c all other people in my office (about 175) works and they have Lenovos too. Very frustrating b/c I paid $1400 for this particular laptop b/c the associate said it would be best for what I needed. I do not blame Geek Squad but I am very upset that this months long process and taken hours and hours and hours of me having to go to my office to have it remotely worked on or an in person, being without my computer while it was at Geek Squad and it still doesn't print. It cost me $1400!!

    The Only BAD Geek Squad Support I ever had...!

    The Geek Squad home visit was a failure - the "expert" was so arrogant he insisted the P/C and Printer could not be connected in a wireless network in my apartment complex. I explained the prior printer was connected wirelessly before it crashed. He insisted we had just been lucky to connect it! I told him to leave. I asked a young lady who works at our front desk for help. She does some tech help on the side. She arrived with a single page of instructions from Spectrum, our provider, and in 15 minutes she had connected the P/C and printer wirelessly, plus including my laptop and cell phone, as well!! I can now print from any device on my wireless ;network that your representative refused to even open his brain to consider. Surely Spectrum makes such valuable instruction sheets available to the Geek Squad... If not I will give you a copy to avoid such a miserable encounter for any one else!!
