    I just got a new home Epson printer recently. Last week it was fine, this week it doesn't print. The Geek Squad is supposed to be out on March 1, which to me is ridiculous since it's a brand new printer. I changed the black cartridge as advised on the printer and that didn't help. Also, I think the price of nearly $80 is ridiculous since the printer hardly printed any copies. I'm not happy that I must wait so long for service.

    The agent got my laptop and my desktop to print but did not stay on the line long enough to see that my printer will also scan

    What I paid for was fine, but the Geek choose to change settings on my computer, which I didn't see until after she left. I have been and still are dealing with trying to get them back. I keep spending a lot of money for someone to come to my house to help with something I don't know how to fix and end up with something else messed up. This has got to stop. DO NOT MAKE CHANGES WITHOUT ASKING. Or change your policy to I pay after the fact.

    I thought the tech did a good job until I found out later there is a possibility that she did not, since I am having trouble with receiving updates for my computer and I feel that she might not have done the job correctly. She might not have taken all of the information for my previous printer off and it is causing me problem, which I have not been able to get corrected by your Geek Squad after repeated attempts. Still can't get updates which are crucial to me. This has all been attempted on line and they make attempt to locate the problem that just keep doing tune ups, tune ups, and tune ups

    After I talked with tech-support about printer issue on the phone, was advised to bring it to the store, then the store advised they cannot do anything but needed to have Geek Squad come to the house, then Geek Squad technician said they cannot do anything so I essentially wasted my time. As a positive, Best Buy did refund the charges for the Geek Squad call, so all that was wasted was time and my transportation to the store.

    Geek squad could not get my printer working proper

    Purchased a new PC and setup and data transfer was done by Geek Squad in store. Arrived home and printer did not work properly with new PC. Took PC and Printer into store Geek Squad. Re-worked set up but again did not work properly at home. Geek squad dispatched In Home team twice and printer still did not operate properly. Spoke with store manager and he made an accommodation allowing me to purchase a new printer. BEST BUY stands behind providing customer satisfaction.

    The geek squad seemed to do what he could to set up the printer but the error kept displaying “ink cartridges top not closed” so I returned and got another. This one was also a pain to set up. I had a couple of errors like printer not found but eventually got through only to have the set up to say please wait for 4 hours. Buy another printer

    Agent set up printer but was not knowledgeable about product I purchased .Could not answer many of my questions . All he could say was go to web site. I thought having geek squad support was so I could get help with my product. I guess I'm expecting too much . But, my other experience with geek squad support has always been great. I have been using them for many years and they have always done a great job know matter how bad the situation was.

    Not near what I expected

    Thought the anti virus was going to be installed. The icon was installed but apparently the software was not . I tried. I entered a 20 digit number that was sent to me via email. But it only loads to 58%, then after a period time I am told it was unable to complete the download. Also had problems with the printer.. I kept getting a message that I was out of paper, but it had plenty of paper. I finally got it to print, but I get that message quite often. Not a happy customer

    I'm able to print but not able to do other printer functions Jeff was wonderful helping me but there are still problems I found after he left. But I can't afford another $99.00 for him to come back again. I'm frustrated. Not with Jeff but with the laptop and the printer.

    Geek squad & Manager didn't fix my problem!

    Geek squad agent Sanda came to my house to set-up my printer & fix the problem on my Dell All In One PC. The problem was Google Chrome will only open when i would have to double click the desktop 10 times before it would open. He came and fixed it but then right after he left i tried it and it still had the same problem. I called him back right after he left to tell him it is still not working 3 times. He never called back again its been since 2 1/2 months. I even went to back a month later to the store & told the manager Casandra about my problem she said she would call the agent Sanda herself to get him back out to fix it. Well a month has gone by and i still get "No Response". What kind of Tech Support is that Best Buy??? And it payed for Geek Squad & Total Protection plan. I got ripped- off. Shame on these people. I will not recommend them to anyone, but will spread the word. Its like this young generation believes that if you just ignore us senior citizens they will give up & go away. Shame! Shame! On Them! In the mean time my Google Chrome will not open. And by the way the manager at the store had them install the Google Chrome at the store before i brought it home. He recommended it to me during the purchase. Huh!

    I'm giving the service tech a 3 star, but the product gets a 5 star. The reason for the 3 star is due to the tech that was here to install it has yet to return my phone calls.
