They told me that my printer that wasn’t working was broken and needed to be replaced. No attempt to fix it.

The agent was successful in connecting my computer to my printer but disconnected my Amazon Echo so I no longer have access to it.

installation did not work had to consult others to get the job finished

He just didn’t do the job completely Said the computer was bad and I took it in for no reason

zero stars My HP printer was delivered on time and to my apartment as promised. Due to Hurricane Ian, the date was changed to today, Oct 7, using the app. When I called for an approximate arrival time, the window was 10:30 -11:45. Shortly before 10:00, a call came informing me that since my complex provides the internet, Geek could not set up the printer, and I needed to use the internal IT people. I am bothered that this occurred as Geek squad regularly services my community, and there could have been an earlier notification that the needed service was unavailable. The printer was delivered before Sept 20. I have had an entire contract with Geek for many years, and this was the first house call I requested.

They actually called me on a Sunday morning at 10:00 and said someone would be there between 10:30 and 12:00 to install the printer. Are you kidding me, doesn’t everyone know that is exactly most church’s schedule??? I said no, not today. I called twice to try to reschedule, was passed to 3 different people the last time and no one could reschedule. When I was told to hold the fourth time, I just said no thank you. No one ever called to reschedule and today, February 23rd, I got an email saying my order has been cancelled. So, my advice is not to buy anything from Best Buy you can’t install yourself.

They did not set up the scanner to work with my folder.

The website does not load my appts to reschedule/ change.

I did not experience good service. I was told I would be notified within couple days. After nearly two weeks I went to the store to ask results . . . still no answers but again told I would hear from someone. Couple weeks when I could fit it in my schedule I went to store again and still no answers. Thus, I chose to cancel the membership to Techno???

Wish the installer would stop the beeping! Otherwise like my Brothers Wireless Printer

Its been 4 month's and they have never been able to come

Still having problems, printer spool keeps on stating error and stops printing

I had a "fairly simple" printer interface problem; I needed to scan a document (financial) to save to a file so that I can attach to my email to a financial institution to transfer funds. I got very little help; the man at the disk didn't know how to do it. Eventually, I went to a local Office Depot to scan and paid 51 cents for it! Secondly, something must have happened. Geek Squad used to be a friendly, helpful place for many years, which is the reason why I have been a paying member. Lately, they are unconcerned at best and rude at worst. The head of the Puyallup Geek Squad was downright rude and insulting. I will be making a decision in a few days whether I will be cancelling my membership.

I still have printer problems which I think is with window's 11 and not caused by the printer. Nevertheless, the tech said the solution was to never shut off the printer. I really don't think that's a viable solution. I still have to run HP print and scan doctor each time I want to use the printer to print or scan.
