    too expensive, Didn't last a month till Mcaffee expired .

    I still have printer problems which I think is with window's 11 and not caused by the printer. Nevertheless, the tech said the solution was to never shut off the printer. I really don't think that's a viable solution. I still have to run HP print and scan doctor each time I want to use the printer to print or scan.

    I had a "fairly simple" printer interface problem; I needed to scan a document (financial) to save to a file so that I can attach to my email to a financial institution to transfer funds. I got very little help; the man at the disk didn't know how to do it. Eventually, I went to a local Office Depot to scan and paid 51 cents for it! Secondly, something must have happened. Geek Squad used to be a friendly, helpful place for many years, which is the reason why I have been a paying member. Lately, they are unconcerned at best and rude at worst. The head of the Puyallup Geek Squad was downright rude and insulting. I will be making a decision in a few days whether I will be cancelling my membership.

    The guy from geek squad game and some things to my printer but never tested it to be sure it was connected

    Agent came out and installed printer and chrome book. Everything’s great with that issue BUT I can’t schedule anyone out here to repair issues I’m having with the printer. Chat agent comes on line when I try and schedule. Nothing gets accomplished. All I want is to physically TALK with a REAL PERSON!!

    He didn't show me how to print after setup he just scanned something.He did tell me the shortcut for printing.

    Don’t waste your money

    Guy was nice. Got printer to work with Ethernet cable of course did not have one with him. Dismantled printer & said “no problem “ resetting up printer once I buy cable. Bought cables..still an issue setting up 2nd computer. No product for customer when they come out, does not stand by service, “oh well” attitude. Paid $80 for NOTHING! Find a neighbor to help, will get better service.

    need help with the printer

    Printer does not Pick Up Paper since day one. i went to the store with the printer and ask for help with no success, Would you recommend Geek Squad service to a friend? may be yes for laptop but I cannot use the printer since they delivered it,

    Geek tried to fix.Went to Best Buy store in Colonial Heights,VA after employee. being rude and hanging up The person in charge at store said printer not any good anymore because of Instant Ink from HP.Well I fixed with a hard line connection and another black wire.I want my money back for Geek service protection

    Technician seemed to have difficulty instilling the cartridge in the interior of the printer, not the ink cartridge. Although the technician printed one sheet before he left, the printer did not print consistently after he left and posted only a partial message, directing me to reinstall the cartridge that the technician installed.

    Incomplete set up

    My printer works but when I tried to scan, the printer tells me to use my computer. When I tried to use my computer scan icon, it says I am not set up. I am very unhappy that paid $80 to have the printer set up in totality and yet I cannot scan. Then when I try to get out of it, I get an error and cannot even turn off the printer. I end up having to unplug it.

    The gentleman was fine. Problem I distinctly told Best Buy that my printer needed to have part(s) replaced. Tech tells me that they don't due repairs and told me i needed to replace part. (DUH) was then happy to quote me a price for a replacement. No thanks. Time wasted for tech to come out and a 79.00 rate. (i was not charged)
