Home installment of printer

He seemed very impatient and eager to hurry up and finish setting up my printer and didn’t explain things clearly plus didn’t set it up properly. Will use the service again to set up my new printer but will ask for someone else.

Printer Drivers Lost

Both of my printers now don't work, even though a Geek Squad employee attempted to find and install them.

My printer doesn't work

He left his card and said to call him when I needed to set up another service. I called him 2 1/2 weeks ago and left a message but he never called me back. I DO NOT want Michael Jones back here. I need someone to come back who can fix my new printer and instruct me on how to operate it. He didn't even show me how to turn it on. I had to ask him. I don't even know how the digital readout works and what it means. I've had this printer almost a month and have yet to be able to use it.

Not happy

When I tried to print several days later it isn't working from either computer. I had to schedule another appointment for them to come back and it isn't until nearly two weeks. So now I've had this printer for almost a month and still can't use it'

We dont do 3d Printers

She assured me they did and said it would be no problem when the geek squad arrived they said they have never done three printers so I wasted two weeks, because the guy on the phone had no idea what he was talking about. Horrible experience horrible customer service all the way around.

He said our system was too old. I checked youtube and did it myself. I have always been very satisfied with all the previous geek squad technicians that I have dealt with.

Dissatisfied Customer

Today I am still getting error messages on the printer saying that it’s either off-line or out of paper even though I just loaded it. I’m very dissatisfied with the printer and I still need someone to come out and get this right. I have documents that I need to print and copy, particularly during tax time. I need to have this problem resolved ASAP!

Geek Squad service charge useless!!

Although I paid fir the geek squad service, I was told I had to bring my printer in to Bestbuy. After bringing my printer in for Geeksquad appointment, the representative tokd me he "knows nothing" about printers and all he can do is exchange it for a new one (tjis is my second Cannon printer in 2 months). Why did I buy the Geeksquad service for $179?? Very frustrated and disappointed. Plan to take this to senior management.

This normally wouldn’t of been an issue for me, but had major issues. Took a week to get an appointment and was not worth the wait. The technician said he would be a “few minutes”. 1 hour later the technician said he had a lot of trouble installing and “jimmy rigged” the two to work. It worked wireless but not via usb cord. Well, two days later it all stopped working, all new stuff just a poor installation. I called 2 weeks ago for them to come back out (free of charge) and will not have a technician here for another week. Very frustrating! Make sure they do the job correctly! This has cost me major delay with work!
